We booked a last min trip to Stowe after canceling a trip to Colorado due to mountain closures. As luck would have it, (or lack of luck), the Stowe resort pool had a malfunction that needed repairs right before our arrival . Already disappointed about our west coast cancellation we were gutted as we were aware Stowe was half closed also but looked forward to making the best of it with half day on the mountain and half day pool time for the kids. Due to booking it 24 hours before arrival it was a non refundable trip, however Stephanie was kind and gracious. She let us cancel for a full refund and we are so thankful! As loyal epic season pass holders, we look forward to next season and hope to make it out to Stephanie’s properties!
