Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Remove all sheets from any used beds, gather all used towels and place in basket in laundry closet.
Return temperature settings to 80° in summer and 70° in winter. Close blinds in home as it helps maintain cooler temperature in summer. Turn off all lights and fans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I grew up in Florida and lived in Las Vegas for a little over 5 years, getting to know the area quite well between exploring and taking friends and family around when they visit. I have a whole list of favorite things from restaurants and casinos to gorgeous scenes of nature nearby that I love to share with my guests who would like suggestions for when they come stay!
I enjoy hiking, being by the water and out in nature and love to check out restaurants and great coffee shops everywhere I go.

What makes this property unique
It can fit a big family or group of friends, in a nice neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but an easy ~20 minute drive to get to it. Also central to many parks such as red rock, Grand Canyon, and Zion to name a few
