Modern Malibu Home walk to Zuma Beach with Ocean Views

Recently renovated, we designed it with enjoying time with friends & family in mind. We have a great open floor plan perfect for 1 or 2 families or 2-3 couples for a getaway. Our home is very peaceful with a lot of privacy. You can walk to Zuma Beach, Vintage Grocers, Starbucks & hiking trails. There's lots of great outdoor activities to enjoy nearby or you can just relax & enjoy the ocean views and the peaceful surroundings. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!

We have views from the master, family room & throughout the backyard.

Malibu gem and a super nice family

We booked this property for family travel during Christmas week to visit our daughter who recently located to Santa Monica. Caren was beyond accommodating; she left us chocolates and champagne AND rented her house to us, as promised, despite her family being evacuated from their home for several weeks prior to our stay because of the terrible Malibu fires. The house is a gem and Caren is a gem. The property is about 30 minutes from Santa Monica but very close to a grocer, restaurants and other supplies so it is quite convenient to stay around Western Malibu and forget about the LA traffic. Gorgeous sunsets, to boot. We hope to return!

Malibu Paradise!

We booked this beautiful house for 6 people for 6 nights in April. We came to Malibu for some sun and warm weather for triathlon training and were not disappointed. Caren the owner was very responsive, easy to work with and she has thought of every little detail to ensure the property exceeds expectations. The beds, linens, towels, kitchen all perfect! Overall we loved this home and enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone headed to Malibu.

Exactly as promised and more!

Caren's house was a great find for what was a last minute stay in Malibu! The house has plenty of space both inside and out, and is equipped with everything we could possibly need. We particularly loved our early morning walk down to Zuma beach, cup of coffee in hand...best way to start the day ever! As an added bonus, Caren was beyond easy to work with.
