Steps from the magnificent miles of Zuma beach and the quaint Trancas village with Vintage Grocers, Starbucks, shops, boutiques, and restaurants.

---It has 4 bedrooms (2 master suites) and 3 bathrooms in a marvelous quiet neighborhood location.

---Clean and impeccably maintained.

--- Private master suites with king size beds on either side of the house

---The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom.
---Secondary master located on the opposite side of the house has an adjoining bathroom. Both light-filled rooms have superior king beds.
--The third bedroom has a queen bed
-- Fourth bedroom has two twin beds.

The kitchen has a large center island and is fully equipped. All major appliances-Vita mix included!

Garage is open if needed for car or you can set up the ping pong table.
Beach chairs, boogie boards, toys and beach games provided.
Rental Agreement needs to be signed after booking to fully confirm reservation.

31 day rentals encouraged and will not have city tax added.

There is nothing quite like the sunsets in Malibu, or wait...the sunrises are spectacular too.
The 50 plus year old sycamores are often home to the monarch butterflies as the travel on their way south.
I love this end of Malibu for its open spaces, horse ranches, and the endless beaches.
