Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash all dishes and leave them drying

No extra outside people, they will have to pay a fee for the beach, we provide wrist bands for all guest Quiet hours 10PM-8AM NO GLASS on the beach
If you want to bring your own BBQ, you have to use it on the concrete, otherwise there are BBQs on the beach
Dog fee, small dog $50, Big dog over 50 pounds $75
