We have awesome neighbors that keep to them self. Please limit the outside noise after 9:30 PM on weekdays and weekend 11PM. Thank you.
No hair dyeing or any painting in our house. Most of our flooring and counter tops are white and can stain easy

It was a very well comfortable homy feeling. I loved our stay. Communication with host was good timing and answers right away. The location of the area was very quiet and good vibes. And just minutes away from food and shopping. Thank you for letting stay in your home! This place a 5 star place to stay with family!!!

suggestions that would make this rental 5 stars:- side table in living room between couch and chair- night stand in master- Towels and wash clothes in bathrooms (extras in linen closet)- 1 night of travel toiletries (shampoo, conditioner)- Directions for specialty amenities like speakers/sound system, grill, pool…etc- Directions for garbage removal (ie garbage day)- Coffee filters- Salt and pepper- Clean fridge (unopened and unused is fine, also condiments like ketchup and mustard are fine too.)-heated pool-neutral bed in child’s room so older children or adults wouldn’t mind sleeping in that room-cleaner floors (they looked clean but the bottom of our shoes and socks turned black after only a few minutes in the home.What we loved: pool table, spacious home, backyard space to relax, washer/dryer, convince/proximity to shops and freeway.Lighting, appliances, bedding, options of eating spaces and access to cleaning supplies.
