It can host large families and parties of friends or wedding receptions in an inspiring setting filled with light and designed especially to combine modernity and Cycladic tradition.
The rooms are ample and modern, fully equipped with all the special features that allow our guests to relax and have fun. The custom-made furniture is a true highlight, depicting the singular character of the villa. Inside, there are seven stylish and elegant bedrooms, two of which have ensuite bathrooms. The large living room and the fully equipped kitchen have got all the conveniences you may need for a memorable vacation. The dining area is spacious and allows you to gather and enjoy a traditional meal prepared with local fresh products that you may collect straight from the garden.
The outdoor area is amazing, with a 2550 sq.m. Green area, a large swimming pool and comfortable loungers for soaking under the Mediterranean sun while overlooking Fira village and the mesmerizing blue horizon!
The highlight of the property though, is the small and picturesque St’Catherine’s church where you may realize your wedding ceremony and afterwards celebrate these precious moments with your friends and relatives at the garden that can host up to 150 persons! The smallest members of the family will find their own paradise at the lovely playground that is the perfect addition to this amazing villa.

We just had the most remarkable stay at Aquaria Villa with Eugenia and Dora! The photos don’t do this amazing property justice. We were in town for our son’s destination wedding and we were blown away by how welcoming Eugenia, our host was. She went out of her way to make restaurant suggestions, call for reservations and even gave us a jacket to wear when the nights turned cool! Dora, the housekeeper, came in each morning and created the most abundant breakfasts—each one different from the last and each one a work of art! These were full-on feasts with a minimum of three hot dishes—eggs, omelettes, pancakes, casseroles, homemade Greek yogurt—the WORKS! We were never hungry before dinner. After breakfast each day, Dora cleaned the house thoroughly AND did our laundry. We were spoiled by all the care and attention. The property itself is exquisite with fruit trees, a playground, a covered poolside pavilion and plenty of lounge chairs and a barbecue area. It’s by far the nicest VRBO experience we’ve ever had. We visited the island’s swankiest cliffside hotels for the wedding festivities but never once did we wish we were staying in one. Our home (only 10 mins from Fira) was everything we dreamed of and more. We hated to leave. If you’re coming to Santorini you must stay here!

Amazing Family Trip

We had the most amazing experience in Santorini! The house was perfect for our family of 14! Eugenia was a pleasure to work with! She helped us set up our daily itinerary before we came and checked in with us frequently to make sure we were taken care of during our stay. I cannot say enough positives about our experience in this home. We would recommend it highly! Also, Dora makes the most amazing breakfasts for our group. This is a huge benefit when you are traveling with a larger group.

This was truly an amazing experience. Staff is amazing. We were treated with so much kindness even with flight delays. Very good communication and a lasting memory. We will return. I don’t think I’d stay anywhere else in Santorini. Sending love to the Staff. And Especially Eugenia!!! She went above and beyond!

Peaceful Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was as advertised, and one of our favorite parts of our Santorini visit. Eugenia and Dora were wonderful, and took great care of us. We stayed before high season, so the island was not as busy.

Great villa for friends and family

Property was in line with expectations . We thought someone would arrive and provide breakfast - Dora was so much more than this . Fabulous breakfasts which saw us through lunch .. and she cleaned all the rooms and bathrooms daily in a completely intrusive way - she made our holiday so chilled !

Aquia Villa Was amazing!

From the time of booking Eugenia was amazing. She booked many excursions for our group of 10. She booked all of our transfers as well. If one didn't work out perfectly, she rectified it. The villa was simply stunning with multiple rooms and beds to accommodate the 10 of us and then some. The pool and cabana was where we spent most of our time. Dora, our daily housekeeper and breakfast cook was fantastic as well. Only issue we had was the villa wasn't in the middle of the town. We had to take a Uber or multiple transfers that were all easily booked through Eugenia. Eugenia was fantastic and made sure every single detail was taken well care of.
