This was a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean, charming and quiet. I will certainly recommend staying here while visiting Boston. It was a great location. USS Constitution was easy to get too. We loved the JFK museum and library. Thanks Mark for being a great host and sharing your home.

Mark was an incredible host, this home was amazing. The beds are very comfortable, the home is very clean, and Mark has provided everything you could need! His labeling made everything easy and the location was perfect. Mark was also very responsive anytime we had questions. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

We LOVED our stay here! It had the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a Vrbo, and there was an amazing closet filled with perfectly folded towels and extra supplies. Our family loved all the fun games and charming decor. Highly recommend!!!!

Mark’s historic home in Malden was just beautiful. Even prettier than the photos. We are only sorry we could stay one night. The decor, amenities, parking, comfort and location were absolutely top notch. Mark is the consummate host, providing everything you could possibly need and more. He’s a great communicator and check in and out were easy. Highly, highly recommend a stay in his stunning home.

Such an amazing stay! It felt like we were staying with a relative or friend rather than a rental. It was incredibly well stocked with everything you need from kitchen supplies to bathroom toiletries and towels to little comforts of home. The home is immaculately kept and beautifully restored in a great neighborhood. It was close to Boston, Salem, and other towns without being too packed in and hard to navigate. Check in was easy and Mark has everything labeled in the house so you’re not searching. Beds were super comfortable and lots of comfy bedding and extra pillows! Mark is also incredibly nice and very responsive. Overall highly recommend his place and will definitely be my first choice if we come back!!

This property is gorgeous! No need for anything once you arrive because it has everything!! The owner is great at communicating and accommodating. If you are in the Boston area and want a comfortable, safe and lovely place to stay this is it. Can’t wait to visit again!

Excellent stay for visiting both Boston & Salem! We drove & had off street parking (driveway)! Mark was very prompt with communication before, during & at checkout. Super clean, charming home!! Very cozy yet spacious. Beds are very comfortable, plenty of pillows. Bedrooms have both ceiling fans & A/C unit. Shower has hotel vibe with dispensers; shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. Plenty of luxury/large/thick towels. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, cookware & spices. Bonus: coffee/tea nook! We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend this house!

This is an exceptional property across categories. It's pristine and the most well-provisioned of all places at which we have stayed. You can tell how much it means to the host to make his home welcoming; he has a generous spirit. Wow, what a beautiful place. This ground floor unit has been lovingly restored, and looks even better in person than in the pictures. This place is furnished for high end living, and feels like you've been invited to a wealthy friend's home for your visit. Lots of room to relax and enjoy a visit to Boston. The off-street parking is a blessing in this neighborhood. The location is a very convenient base from which to tour; we visited Lexington and Concord and Salem and the Harvard University museums during our several days here in August 2026. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and many more just a short drive away, though we mostly ordered delivery for our dinners. The host communicates very well, and is quite helpful. I will stay here again without hesitation.
