First time visitors to Boston. Malden was great and the location was good for grabbing the orange line subway into the City. The house was spacious and clean, with 2 levels, both including a social space. Appliances and full kitchen were nice.

Great spacious new place!

Loved the space. Very comfortable. Super clean. Easy to get downtown Boston, as well as to the beach in Rivera. Great communication from the manager. Would highly recommend it to anyone!

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic stay overall. The home was exceptionally clean and as advertised, with great communication from the owner. We were all able to spread out and sleep comfortably; clean linens & towels supplied as promised, and although we didn’t end up needing to use them, having TWO sets of washer & dryers was a great on-site benefit! I rated the overall stay as 4/5, and the **only** reason I’m not giving a 5/5 rating is that although dishes, cutlery, pots & pans were supplied, items such as a cutting board, measuring cups & spoons, bakeware & mixing bowls were not available; we ended up having to go out and purchase those items. For a 5 day stay, as one who cooks regularly, it would’ve been great to have those items available on property as they are basic but necessary parts of meal prep. Outside of this inconvenience, the stay was perfect, and we’d definitely use the property again! Highly recommended!!
