Incredibly nice stay. House was lovely, clean, well appointed with all the necessary amenities. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms roomy and parking was easy and off the street. Kids loved the board games and fuse ball. Host was incredibly responsive and kind and helpful - especially since we got stuck an extra day due to the blizzard. Highly recommend this home and host.

The property had many board games and outdoor items for play. The location was ideal as we had family in Lexington and a wedding in Arlington Town Hall. All amenities were present and bedding, towels and soft furnishings were all very clean. The host was very responsive and timely with any need we had.

The house was spacious and clean. The area is great for getting into Boston or out to suburb areas. The owners were very responsive when we requested more towels and a fan, as well as when one of the kitchen outlets tripped. The kitchen needs more utensils, pots and pans, and other basic supplies. The interior stairs are hardwood and can be slippery with socks on, something to note for elderly or kids (recommend adding carpet strips). There is a bed/bath on first level if one wants to avoid stairs.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home for our visit to the Boston area! It was very clean with ample space for just sitting around to talk or watch tv. Parking was available right next to the house. One very nice feature that isn't always in other homes we've stayed at was plenty of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner, as well as dishwashing soap in the kitchen. Suggestions—pool table and/or ping pong table in the large basement; a few condiments like salt and pepper; and some type of small table in bedrooms to place items on if the room didn't have a walk-in closet with shelving. By the way, the large walk-in closets available in two rooms were amazing! And thank you to the hosts for texting us 2-3 times to be sure everything was fine.

We had a family reunion with 9 adults and two kids under 8 years old. It was a perfect house for us! Chao was extremely communicative with easy instructions on entry and on where to find things. The house itself is beautiful with plenty of space (and full bathrooms!) for all of us. It's in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, and we could easily park the three cars we had. It's only a 10 min drive to Alewife station which we took into Boston several times. Truly a beautiful home with wonderful hosts. We would definitley stay again!

Large, clean, updated home in Arlington. We were in town to visit our family, and this worked out perfectly. Chao was very responsive when we needed anything. Only area for improvement is the kitchen needs more pots, pans, utensils for cooking.
