The home was just as described. The home was clean and very family friendly. The host was very attentive when we contacted him. We brought our children and grandchildren, 9 of us total! Everyone had a bedroom with their respective family unit. We enjoyed the pool, all the grands especially! When they weren't in the pool they were inside playing pool, arcade games, and board games. We had a great time and look forward to renting this home again in the future!

Spring Breeze is a beautiful home, just as advertised, and well worth the price. It made for a comfortable place to relax as a family during our visit to Houston. The owner was generally responsive to communications and friendly, but I did ding them a bit for not proactively providing check-in instructions on the day of arrival. I left two VRBO messages and had to call their business phone number at 10:08 PM to get the entry instructions, which when finally received were quite thorough and easy to use. Had those been sent at check-in time, they would have easily earned 5 stars. Overall: top notch rating for the house, average rating for communication and check-in. Definitely recommend - as long as you keep their phone number handy!

We had a family get together and had 6 children of all different ages so the pool was wonderful along with the game room - The Ms Pac Man video game was a big hit! The hosts had wonderful communication with us and there was plenty of room for the 10 people that we had staying there with 1 Master bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Everything was clean and well supplied and we enjoyed the large dining room table both for eating and playing games. We highly recommend this place!
