Easter vacation 2024

One of the reasons we chose this property was because of the rave reviews of the host. He really was amazing at accomodating all out needs. His home is beautifully furnished, clean, newly renovated, and first class. The backyard sanctuary is the perfect spot to swimi n the heated pool or just relax in the shade. The beach is just a short convenient walk from the house

Dream beach vacation

We stayed at Brian's house for three weeks and had family coming and going the whole time. The house was incredible. Beautiful, well-equipped, and the accommodations were amazing. The pool was fantastic and we were literally across the street from a wonderful beach that was never too busy. Brian was very responsive and accommodated every need we had - from receiving a grocery order and putting things away before arrival to arranging a cleaning mid-trip. Everything about the stay was perfect. Five stars, would definitely stay again.

Wonderful vacation

Best host I have ever encountered. He was readily available to answer questions from the start and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is beautiful, updated with amazing features and gorgeous art. The house is extremely close to the beach but amazingly quiet. We had an amazing vacation and cannot wait to book again!

I am a Realtor and Designer. A former Retail Executive, I purchased this Beach House when it was only 3 years old as a vacation home. The next year, I answered the call to the beach and moved here full time. I have moved my personal belongings to my condo close to the house and started a massive renovation update of the house...
I have personally selected all furnishings and designed the three new bathrooms and the new amazing kitchen... I look forward to sharing my home with guests and helping them experience the great city of Fort Lauderdale, and all it has to offer.
