The Space:
Our property name is Santa Clara, and it is a spacious 2747 square foot vacation home featuring 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A perfect blend of size and function, this home offers a spacious great room nestled off the island kitchen creating a true open concept living space. Located just outside, you'll find the heated pool and pool deck where you'll spend plenty of time soaking up the Florida sun. Overlooking the pool you will find a deluxe master suite with private master bath located on the first floor along with 1 guest bedroom and bath. As you proceed to the second floor you are greeted by a sizable bonus room, perfect for fun activities or family game night. Last but not least, 4 guest bedrooms and 2 guest baths will provide your guests with a good night's sleep before starting another fun-filled day in the sun. For extended stays, we recommend visiting a local supermarket. 💧 Optional Pool Heating $40 per day (minimum 2 nights) Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance May take up to 24 hours to reach maximum temperature (95°F / 35°C) Not effective during very cold weather—no refunds if desired temperature is not reached 🗑 Trash Please place trash in the outdoor plastic bin daily to keep the home clean. 🧹 Cleaning Policy Daily housekeeping is not included. Fresh linens and towels will be provided before check-in. A professional cleaning team inspects the home before your arrival. Additional cleaning can be requested for an extra fee. 📦 Package Delivery We recommend using DHL, FedEx, or Amazon. USPS often does not recognize vacation rental addresses and may return packages. ⚠️ Problem Reporting To ensure your stay is perfect, please report any issues within 4 hours of arrival (cleaning concerns, defects, or malfunctions). This allows us to resolve them promptly for you.
