Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re always working to improve our guests’ experience, and we’ve already addressed most of the points you mentioned. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your comments. Regarding the light switches and outlets, some switches control power to specific wall outlets intended for lamps. This is likely why those outlets did not appear to be working when you tried to use them. We apologize that this setup was not explained clearly during your stay.

Clean, comfy, spacious! Check in and out were extremely smooth. Communication with our host, Otto, was top notch! All 11 of us were very satisfied with this rental house. Four full bathrooms and the bedrooms were fantastic with plenty of drawers for unpacking. Two washing machines and two dryers was a bonus! The pool was clean and so refreshing in the Florida heat. Superb location- with all theme parks less than 30 minutes away. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area too! We had a blast and we will be back!! Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

It is a beautiful home and the furnishings were very nice. Having stayed in many VRBOs and owning a vacation rental myself, I tend to be really picky but this home was very comfortable. Most important to me is that my dog is comfortable as well. It was just my husband and me so we were able to stay downstairs in a very comfortable king bedroom with a very nice mattress, but the house has 6 bedrooms total so a large family would love it here. The location was perfect for us as well and it was close to good restaurants etc. The only downside was the size of the yard which was very small, so my dog couldn't really get out and just roam. The pool area is nice and there is covered by a pool screen. Overall, I highly recommend this house as the host went out of his way to make us feel welcome.

The host was very informative and highly communicative. The property itself was nice and very clean. The location of the property was less desirable unfortunately. It’s deep in Kissimmee which made the traffic quite difficult.

Host was extremely responsive in a timely matter. House is very clean and modernized. Convenient location to all parks and dining. Gated community for added security. Pool was larger than most vacation homes we stayed at in the past. Highly recommend heating the pool for the colder months, the heater is very effective and keeps the pool warm for swimming most anytime. Overall this house is would be great for a large family vacation. Very pleased and will definitely return in the future.

Rooms were very clean and welcoming. The laundry was excellent. The pool was also good. The Entertainment per room was great. The upper level family room was good for entertaining and hanging out. The location and back yard was great. Would be good to include a grill on property. Overall stay was Great. Will recommend

Thank you Jasmine! It was really nice to read your kind review about our laundry facilities and entertain rooms. Unfortunately we typically don't include a grill in the stay because it's very difficult to maintain the grill in a presentable condition. We found that houses with grills are often unusable or unsanitary. If you really need a BBQ grill in the future, you can rent one of ours for a small fee. It includes a tank of propane gas and we clean the grill to make it presentable.

Family Vacation 2025

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house felt like home, boasted very nice decor, kitchen fully stocked with coffee, teas, etc. The beds were comfortable, 2nd floor living area was top tier, and the pool/lanai was enjoyable. The property was close to US192, where many restaurants, stores and attractions are located. Otto and Yoshie responded to questions in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Memories galore!!!

Vacation to visit the Disney Parks. This house was perfect. Close drive and the accommodations were great. Comfortable beds and the fact that you didn’t have to spend your last hours striping beds and taking out trash was a great feature. The host takes care of all that for you. Would definitely recommend!

Relaxing Stay

We decided to stay here and enjoy a week in Orlando. We were a big group in which all rooms were occupied. The decor and set up of the house was very tasteful. Great for families with tweens and teenagers. The host was super attentive and responsive before and during stay. For example the sliding door handle broke and they had it repaired within 4 hours. The only thing you have to consider is the parking situation if you have more than 2 cars there is minor inconvenience associated with that but other than that no complaints. Great location, great sleep and nice home. We would definitely stay at this property again!

We really appreciate you for highlighting our customer service. We try to go above and beyond to make sure everybody's vacation is perfect! As for parking, yes unfortunately we have to keep the side walks and streets clear to comply with local regulations but there are plenty of guest parking lots located throughout the community where you can park your extra vehicles.

Amazing stay

What can I say. This house has everything you and your family will need. I have a large family and it’s open concept provided ample space for everyone to share together yet have alone time if needed. Otto and his wife were responsive throughout the entire stay and set our expectations with friendly reminders throughout the entire booking. The house is very clean and the heater pool was a added feature we are very pleased with during our early February stay.

Well decorated and clean house

We had eight adults for a one week stay and two adults with a fourteen year old for one night and the house accommodated all with ease. We could cook and do laundry with no issues. It was nice having a laundry downstairs and upstairs. Never ran out of hot water. Having the pool right there was very nice. Otto was a great host. Very responsive. It’s right behind Medieval Times. You could walk there. Very convenient to Walmart by turning in next to Chick-fil-A. The “back” gate is not open, ever. Even for exiting.

Thank you Craig! Our house uses a tankless water heater so it never runs out of water. We also placed 2 sets of washer/dryers in the house to make sure everybody's laundry got done in a timely manner. Also, the backgate is operational again. Sorry for this inconvenience!

Great place!

We were very happy with the location of the house. It was close to the Disney parks and stores. The house was very spacious and had enough space for two families although it was just one family. The owners provided towels bedding, and everything you need in the kitchen to cook. The only issue we had on the last day was the microwave that stopped working and the coffee pot leaked every time you poured coffee. Other than that, the house was clean and very large. The beds were so comfortable and the furniture was very comfortable. They have a nice pool but we did not have time to swim. The house was perfect!

The coffee pot and microwave was both replaced. It was a pleasure hosting your family, and we would love to welcome you back—hopefully with time to enjoy the pool next time!
