We understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive and find that the unit did not match the photos you viewed when making your reservation. We appreciate you bringing the concerns regarding the condition of the unit, including the furnishings, appliances, flooring, fixtures, and maintenance items, to our attention. We are also sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the provided supplies, towels, and the lack of response to your requests during your stay. We understand the frustration of reporting concerns and not seeing them addressed, particularly during a holiday weekend, and we regret that this impacted your vacation experience.
