House was great, comfortable beds and nice backyard space. Location was perfect for walking to campus and right off a main road for easy transportation. The rental rules seemed overly strict compared to previous rentals elsewhere, so I would recommend requesting a copy before booking to make sure that you won't be breaking any rules.

Hi Mark! We are under strict regulations by the City of Tuscaloosa because this is such a huge college town. Everything is done the way it is for safety and emergency purposes. We have rules we must follow as a business in order to stay compliant as a short term rental. We also post our rules on every listing so they are available before you book. This home is nicely set up. Looks newly renovated and well decorated and comfortable moving around space for socializing. Plus, beautiful backyard for hanging out. Would rent again if I needed to. Very clean! Everything looks new - furniture, bedding, towels and more.

This house is fantastic . The owners have put so much thought into stocking and equipping the house with any and everything you would possibly need . You’ll find comfy beds, plenty of space , a great outdoor area in the back yard , and a stationary bike and weights so you can still get a work out in ! Super property !
