It comfortably accommodates 24 guests .
The town boasts great pubs, restaurants, cafes and is in close proximity to the Pyrenees winery region , Taltarni, Blue Pyrenees, Rednank and other such establishments great to visit .
Our property backs onto a state forest ideal for bushwalking and bring your push bikes , great area to ride discovering the lovely old buildings, parks etc

The Old Monastery St. Arnaud

A family party of 14 had a wonderful time. The property is perfect for this sort of get together. Catherine (owner) and Kylie (Manager) were very welcoming and lovely to deal with. A fantastic venue with all the faculties a large group needs.

My husband and I own a business in town and have two gorgeous teenage daughters who keep us very busy .
I used to work in event photography however so many commitments only allow me time to take photos as a hobby at the moment.

We all enjoy travelling, snow skiing, horse riding, spending time at the beach and entertaining family and friends , which this fabulous property is ideal for .

Why they chose this property

Love visiting our convent and achieving various decorating tasks with family and friends.
It’s a fabulous atmosphere and accommodates a large number of guests, so can enjoy spending weekends and holiday periods with various social groups of ours .
Often up during the week too , so many things to do in the area , never bored !

What makes this property unique

The Old Convent is able to accommodate 24 guests comfortably, more by arrangement.
A beautiful old Chapel, large ballroom ( seats 50 or more )
and two lovely parlours to entertain, one having a large screen tv and the other a bar and open fireplace.
Close to the Pyrenees winery region, many beautiful old buildings, bush walking tracks , restaurants and cafes in the town .


The kitchen has 2 large ovens , two large fridges and all kitchen equipment, ideal for various functions .
