We had a great stay. There was a small issue with a leaking sprinkler head but we were made aware of it before our arrival, it was mitigated before we arrived and the management team kept us updated on repairs. The beds were comfy and the space perfect for our group. The only suggestion I would have is some bedside rugs. At the beach it’s almost impossible to keep some sand off the floors.

What a place!

I want to tell everyone how nice this place is but I also plan to return and want it to be available so please stay somewhere else. It really is a great place with a great location. The large tv was awesome for football. Being next to the pier was great. The pictures do not lie.

Incredible experience. The room was perfect! The only complaint was the washer could not hold barely anything without getting off balance. There was a note stating not to overload and if damaged it would be on us for charges. In my opinion it was already damaged. Other than that it was an amazing trip for my family and I!

Very nice, the entire facility was well maintained and clean. The kitchen was one of the best stocked with dishes I have stayed at yet. Plenty of pots and pans! Beautifully decorated and comfortable for 7 of us. Gorgeous views and the maintenance was prompt with small issue.

Sweet spot first stay

Great stay. Only complaint would be some construction noise from the unit above. Wasn’t terrible just a little annoying. If it wasn’t for that I would of rated it 5 stars.

The views are amazing! The kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils. The condo was exactly as listed. There were chairs and beach items. The location next to the pier was incredible for walking out on the beach. I am pretty particular about cleanliness, so it could have used a final wipe down.

Perfect.

This condo was sparkling clean and insanely beautiful. It was truly perfect for our first vacation ever. The beds were extremely comfortable, beach gear in every closet, pool was always clean and warm. Listening to the ocean at night was great. It was such a great, great experience. Will definitely stay again. The two doors in the living room were off track, but that's an easy fix. It was PERFECT!!!!!!!!

Great location, great view!

We loved the location and the view was perfect! Condo was very nice and clean! Our grands enjoyed the pool and the easy access to the beach was a short walk. They had everything you needed to enjoy the beach. Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, a cooler, a wagon and beach towels. The negatives are few. Need to bring ur own spices and also bring a few extra dishcloths and dish towels. The over the stove light did not work and the kitchen faucet leaked on the counter. Minor for sure but would have been helpful if they were working properly. Overall, an excellent stay and worth booking.

Wonderful Stay!

Navarre is the most beautiful beach I have been to and the view from this condo is breath taking!! We loved staying here and will defiantly be back. The condo was extremely clean, and had everything we needed plus some! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to make a meal for your family. All the little extra things like beach towels, beach chairs, extra blankets and laundry detergent make this an even better place to stay! Plus the room in this condo is fantastic! The beds were clean and comfortable. We also had no issues with internet or streaming videos which was great! This condo is basically a 5 minute drive (or less) from anything you could need. Walmart, Publix, and many great restaurants are just a few minutes drive away. Also, Ft. Walton Beach and Destin are only a very easy 20-25 minute drive if you want to go explore a little. If I had anything to complain about (which i really don't) it would be that we paid a $160.00 dollars cleaning fee, yet were instructed to take out our own trash, load the dishwasher, and start a load of towels before we leave. If I do most of the cleaning myself, what did I pay for? Anyways other than that, things were great and we would defiantly stay here again.

We appreciate this great review on The Sweet Spot! We do ask that the guest take out the trash, load and start the dishwasher and start a load of towels before leaving, as this helps our housekeepers get a unit turned over in the quick amount of time given them and is standard in the business. This by far is not everything that has to be done when someone departs. We are so glad they enjoyed our beautiful beach!

Beautiful condo in great location!

This condo was beautifully decorated & very comfortable & in a great location. Lots of room with plenty of places to relax. Beds were comfy & kitchen stocked well with dishes. The reclining chair needs to be recovered or retired but rest of the furniture was nice & comfy. The only reason I deducted a star was for cleanliness. The condo was overall clean but with all those lovely decorated items comes the dust & there was plenty of it. Especially in the master bedroom on the wreath over the bed & on all the lamps. You might consider removing the wreath & adding a painting instead. We also had to wash the dishes before using them bc they were not clean. Some had smudges & tons of fingerprints that did not come from unloading the dishwasher. Some of the towels did not smell fresh & one was even crusty. So we washed those before use as well. Minor inconveniences but still worth mentioning. This condo is still a great place to stay & we would choose again once the owners have had a talk with housekeeping. That should be an easy fix. Once that has been addressed, this would be 5 stars!

We enjoyed our stay at the sweet spot. The unit had 6 beach chairs, a wagon, a cooler and all kinds of beach toys. The views were spectacular. The unit was well stocked with all the utensils and cookware needed to prepare dinners in.
