Luxury home, direct bay views, close to beach, heated pool, jacuzzi, central AC, 3 level sun decks.
** 5 night minimum **
3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom house plus a Private Studio apartment = 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
One bedroom with queen bed, one bedroom with double bed and 1
bedroom with 2 twins.
PLUS separate studio apartment with queen sized bed and a pullout sofa that turns into a full sized bed. Studio has a private bath, kitchen and balcony.
Weekly rentals run Thurs to Weds.
Designed by a famous Fire Island architect, completely renovated, newer kitchen and bath, hardwood floors, bay views, roof deck, wrap around deck and pool deck.
Central AC, Weber propane grill, fully furnished, washer and dryer
Heated pool, hot tub, outdoor shower
Direct TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Wifi, central AC, Stereo, Cooking utensils and Weber grill, coffee and Nespresso machine
