DESCRIPTION:
Scilly Cat... oops! No cats allowed but you can bring the dogs (max. of 2), so grab Spot, Fido, and come on down to Scilly Cat. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per week per dog.
Upon entering the home you will find the laundry area and elevator to the right, the stairs to the left, and the bunk room ahead. The bunkroom has a pyramid bunk, 2 twin beds, and its own full bath. The bunk room is equipped with a TV for hours of rainy day entertainment.
The 2nd level consists of the great room and a king master suite with a large bath that has a soaking tub and separate shower. The open concept of the living, dining, and kitchen lends itself to family fun. You can even let the merriment spill out onto the screen porch. For added convenience, there is a half bath between the living area and master suite.
As you exit the elevator on the 3rd level you will find the second king master suite with a private bath, and two additional rooms; one furnished with a queen bed and one with 2 double beds. Both of these rooms share a bathroom. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all bed linens are laundered between guests.
When you are ready to head for the beach you can either enjoy a 5 minute stroll around the corner or just jump on the golf cart and scoot to the community pool to the area designated for golf cart parking, which is across from the community beach access. The community beach access is located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court.
