Excellent views and location for family of 3!
We stayed here during Easter weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better time or location. The cabin was spacious yet small enough to feel like home. The view was incredible and everything we wanted to do was about 15 minutes or less away. I could not give this a 5 because the hot tub was green and had a filthy dirt residue on top. My husband was able to get it cleaned up and it doesn’t sound like a usual experience for the cabin, but we were disappointed since we came specifically for the hot tub. I also hoped to see livestock each day which we did not but there were bunnies, birds, and even some turkeys! I would stay again pending the hot tub was as immaculate as the rest of the place!

Beautiful Fall Weekend in Asheville
We had an absolutely fantastic stay, complete with perfect Fall weather! The cabin was spotless, including the hot tub. The owner and her property manager have thought of everything you might possibly need, right down to coffee and tea in the cabinet (the one thing we forgot at the grocery store!). The main bedroom mattress is SOOO comfortable, perfect after a long day of walking/exploring. The loft area worked perfectly for our kiddos. The view from the back deck was everything that we had hoped for, and we loved our morning chats with the locals (cows). Literally the only "improvement" I could come up with would be adding a dresser to the main bedroom, rather than just closet storage. Thank you for a truly perfect stay, we can't wait t return!

My husband, Mark, and I met in 2009 and we have been together ever since. We have a beautiful 5 ½ year old daughter and a handsome 20 month old son. My husband was born and raised in the Asheville area and I moved here 9 years ago from Destin, Fl. I was in search of new things and a greater enjoyment of all things the outdoors has to offer. Asheville just felt right, and I quickly fell in the love with the Asheville area. We currently live in west Asheville, just 20 minutes from the cottage, but we are building our dream home at the top of property where the cottage sits.
