Very close to restaurants, markets and amenities. A spacious open kitchen great for cooking meals and an open concept dining area with adjacent living room for relaxing. A short drive to Megansett Beach, New & Old Silver Beachis about a 10 minute drive and is about $30/day parking fee., Cape Cod Rail Trail, downtown Falmouth or Mashpee Commons for great shopping! 15 minute drive to Island Queen passenger Ferry to Martha's Vineyard (Seasonal) or the Village of Woods Hole.
