Seafarer 105 is a two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo offering a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful ocean views from the master bedroom and the living room.

This amazing condominium sleeps 7 and features a full kitchen, washer/dryer unit, TV cable and screen, and WiFi

Unit 105 has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, free WiFi. It has
nice property amenities that include an outdoor pool, on-site free parking,
and a grilling/picnic area.

It is located right off the beach, you won't have to venture far to enjoy all that the South Carolina coast has to offer! Spend your days swimming in the Atlantic ocean or the swimming Pool, strolling down the sandy beach, or watching the sunrise over the water from your own balcony.
Linens and bath towels are provided for 4 guests. It is a non-smoking unit.

Unit has 'key-less entry' (keypad) door lock. You will be given an entry code for use during your stay. The code will only work during your stay. I will send you the code before your arrival.

Memorable vacation!

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. The location was great, it’s right on the beach with a pool. The property was vey clean, check in process went smoothly and the property manager was very helpful and answered all our questions. We had a great experience and would definitely stay at this property again.

A/C did not work

We were very excited about our stay. The condo was in a perfect location and steps from the beach. It was unfortunate that the A/C was not working properly. I communicated the issue with the co-host, beginning Friday night and sent the owner an email as well. A maintenance guy came late Saturday afternoon, but we were on the beach because it was cooler. There were no repairs made on Saturday and no communication letting me know the verdict until I reached back out Saturday evening when the temperature continued to climb. An emergency HVAC tech supposedly came out. However, the temperature in the condo never changed. The unit ran the entire time we were there. The temperature in the house remained in the high 70s. I know an incident like this was not within the owners control; however, we were very uncomfortable and borderline miserable. We expected to be in a condo with A/C especially during a stay at the beach. We had no where to really escape the heat. Yes, the condo was cooler than the outside temperature during the day, but it was very hot and stuffy. I didn’t plan on booking a vacation that had my family and I sleeping in temperatures that mimicked the outside temperature. Yes, the co-host tried to find a solution, but I had to continually reach out. I didn’t spend money to sweat! I could have camped for 1/3 of the price I paid for this condo. After our stay, I reached back out to the owner to share our experience and I’ve yet to get a reply. Disappointed!! No solution.

Great location

The condo was in a great location- steps away to the ocean, minutes away from shopping, groceries. Beach and pool were not busy- which made it very nice!

Family Friendly

Great location with parking, pool, and beach close by. Only issue was couldn’t find cleaner or dish soap. Otherwise, great stay for a family with kids. Would come back :)
