Great vacation rental 🏖️

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Short 4 day stay and this was a perfect place and location. The 2 bed, 2 bath was very clean and nice. The location was far enough from the busy end of the beach so we had a lot of privacy and very little traffic but close enough to walk or drive to the piers, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay in the same place again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was perfect! 2 flights of stairs to/from condo. Walking path to beach, just like in the photos. We watched sunrises from the balcony. Kitchen setup was superior as we made many meals ourselves. Property managers, Pam and Stephanie, were very helpful. We enjoyed shopping at Barefoot Landing and at Broadway at the Beach. We spent 1 day in Charleston. Local restaurants we dined at included TacoMundo and Snooky’s. Also a stop at Crazy Mason for milkshakes! Beach time was the BEST! Fine white sand, warm ocean with NO seaweed! My sisters and I would not hesitate to return.

Dirty

Nice location. Close to restaurants. Nice view from the property. The villa was decorated nicely. However, that’s where it ends. If it was cleaned the person didn’t do much. It was dirty! I swept up a pile of sand. The popcorn & cheese crackers were under the furniture and on top of the bench. The rugs weren’t even vacuumed. Showers need to be cleaned thoroughly. They were disgusting! The washer didn’t work which no one mentioned. The place is in disrepair. The owners need to repair and re paint. The cleaning people need to make sure it stays clean. Based boards included! I brought my own sheets just in case……glad I did!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit! You cannot beat the location and the view from the balcony was just perfect! The beach was not overly crowded where this location is and we went during July 4th week. We did have a little issue with the property management company not putting our keys in the lockbox so we could check in after communicating with them earlier in the day. Very frustrating when driving from out of town. However, they did rectify the situation quickly late on a Friday evening. Overall, it was a great stay!

Love Cherry Grove!

Charming and clean property in a great location and, literally just steps from the beach. Lots of updates and very comfy. Larger than we expected. The only negative we have is that the selection of TV channels was weird - not exactly cable/live TV. I recommend brnging your Firestick or Roku.

It was very quiet with little noise from adjoining units.The area was in the quieter part of North Myrtle Beach, away from most of the traffic. The beach was just a few steps away. The balcony was a great place to have your morning coffee, or a glass of wine in the afternoon and watch the waves come in.The property management company was very responsive and a joy to deal with.

So comfortable

This condo was very clean and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I would highly recommend staying here. The area was nice, safe and clean. We loved the view of the beach and easy access to the beach from our room. The property managers were very pleasant to work with.

The view from the second floor was amazing. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, golf yet just far enough away that there was not much traffic and people noise. We are planning to stay here again.

Nice small corner balcony with full view of the water. We ordered thru the city an umbrella daily and loved the fact that they set it up, so we only needed to bring our chairs.

Beautiful condo - very well maintained and cleaned. It is better than photos can show. Great location! We enjoyed the porch with a great oceanfront view. Property Management Team was wonderful. They planned my route home to avoid roadway flooding after Hurricane Idalia. They are Special People!

Perfect spot

The unit was very clean and plenty of room for our family of 4, great view from the balcony, pool was clean, bedding and towels were clean. The mattresses are firm so if you aren't use to that, you may find it uncomfortable, however we slept great. We would definitely book again. I saw some reviews mention how loud the AC was - we never had an issue or even noticed it. I do agree it takes a while for the room to get cool though once you turn it down. The only suggestions: provide 1-2 dishwasher pods for those staying just for a weekend (none in the room or liquid dish soap so we had to make a last minute trip out to get some to do the dishes) and an extra trash bag.

I liked the location but it had just a few small things that were weird. No sheet for the sofa bed, no detergent for washing machine, no dish washing detergent, the walk in shower was small(I’m 6’ 5”!).

We were able to check in a bit early which was nice after the long drive! The only concern we had was the sliding screen door for the balcony was broken and leaning up against the outside wall. Also, the condo was not as clean as we expected. Overall we had a great vacation and would definitely book it again.

Family trip

We really enjoyed this place. The location is great. The view is wonderful- enjoyed from inside and lots of time out on the balcony. The unit itself had everything we needed, very comfortable for a family of 4. We will plan to visit again.

Raintree Villa great place

The condo was great. Short minute walk to the beach if that. Everything was accurate as stated in the listing. it could’ve used a little bit of maintenance squeaky doors, a sink that wouldn’t drain and other small items but other than that it was a great place to stay. Very pleased!
