The visit started with a gaffe- with no linens clean or on the bed or towels ready- but the owner apologized and made that right as quickly as he could. But there was a lot to like about the unit and we had gotten a very fair price for our long stay. Ultimately, however, we found that some things that we routinely rely on in most travel stays were not here…ie, no bar soap for bathing, no hair dryer, no iron (though a small collapsible ironing board was found), no kitchen cutting board, and there was only ONE wine glass. The unit was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, and the small dinette had chairs that were nearly tortuous to use. PS- though we never would have used it, there is NO fireplace, though it is listed. Not carping- just a heads up! I would therefore give this experience a B rating.

Thank you for your stay and again we apologize for the linens the day of check in. It has been addressed with our property management company. We did have an electric fireplace that was in the unit but recently discarded. The listing has been updated. As far as the soap, iron, hair dryer, cutting board etc that is not listed on the listing and we never provide them. It is advertised as a 3 floor condo with no elevator. Thank you for your review.

Enjoyable water view

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 week stay at the Waterfront Condo. It was clean and had everything that we needed. We loved spending time out on the screened porch and not only watching the boats go by but we also saw dolphin, many types of birds, fish jumping, a turtle and even saw Otters come through.

The property was perfect for our needs We took a 1 month golf membership at the adjoining course which meant we could walk with our clubs to the course People in the neighbourhood were very friendly

The place was the perfect size & had everything we needed. It was a good location to numerous different areas in northern SC and southern NC. We had a package delivering issue and the host was very helpful to solving it as best they could! The screened in balcony was a wonderful place to relax after a long day.
