We enjoyed our recent stay. Everything was just as advertised. Close to the beach which was a plus!! Loved that the just checked on us to make sure we had everything needed for our vacation week!!

My experience with Raintree Villa A-1 was wonderful. The condo is very clean and updated although the living room couch needs replacing. The host was very accommodating. I'll be back!

We truly enjoyed the clean, spacious accommodations with quiet oceanfront views just steps from the beach. The check in process could not have been smoother and the host checked in via text a few times to be sure we had everything we needed. We loved our week here and highly recommend this unit. We visit Myrtle Beach every year, and we realize we should have stayed here sooner, but now we know.

Our unit was clean & smelled nice upon arrival. This was an older building/unit, but kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and had plenty of fans for a restful night's sleep screened in balcony area and sand dunes may keep you from enjoying the true oceanfront experience, but still plenty ocean to view. Easy parking & access to beach. Beach was not overly populated & plenty of space to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach. It was quiet & peaceful. My husband & I enjoyed our stay in Cherry Grove!

Getaway

The location was perfect. We felt like we had the quiet beach all to ourselves. We had everything we needed. The view from the condo was amazing. And it was a very short walk over the dunes. We will definitely try to stay here on our next visit to the area.

Place was nice. Master bedroom need curtains and the master bedroom sink needed a little work, but I’d still stay there again

Beach getaway

Property lived up to its billing. Easy access to beach, and comfortable accommodations. Our only problem was my wife has trouble with the 10 steps. May need an elevator next time.

Great find in Cherry Grove

This was a great find in Cherry Grove. Close to stores and restaurants yet away from the crowds. The unit was very nice with an amazing view of the ocean. The screened-in porch area was perfect. Ample parking (at least in October) and beach access couldn't be more convenient. Check-in instructions were clear and timely. I highly recommend this rental!!!
