Welcome home! This charming 2-bedroom/2-bathroom 1st floor condo is in the beautiful Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach and is known for being a quiet family beach in a prime location! This property offers an oceanfront pool with sun deck, lounge chairs, and outdoor shower. You are just steps from the beach!
Life’s A Beach Villa was just remodeled with a full-size fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, private bathroom, and a flat screen television with cable. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and flat screen television with cable. Each bedroom has generous closet space equipped with hangers and a laundry basket to meet your needs. Linens are provided for both bedrooms. Towels and washcloths for up to 6 guests are provided for both bathrooms. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan to use on the beach. There is a high efficiency washer & dryer in the condo. Dish soap and laundry detergent are not provided so please bring these items with you. We supply a starter set of paper products, but guests should bring their own toiletries. We will provide 2 rolls of starter toilet paper for each bathroom and one roll of paper towels. All additional paper products are to be provided by the guest.

Barefoot Landing is famous for its delicious restaurants, shops, and entertainment just 1.2 miles away, less than a 2-minute car ride! Nathan's hotdogs, Scoops Ice-cream shop, Hamburger Joes are all within walking distance. You are minutes away from the famous Tanger Outlets, Restaurant Row, Carolina Opera, Put-Putt and don’t forget the breathtaking world renown golf courses that Myrtle Beach has to offer! Tons of fun things to do nearby just waiting for you!!

Remember to skip the lines! Check in time is 4pm. Guests can go directly to the property and start vacationing. No formal check-in or check-out required.

PLEASE NOTE:
* This is a NON-SMOKING Property.
* NO Motorcycles/Golf carts/Trailers allowed.
* NO pets allowed.
* This unit is on the first floor, but stairs are required as the building does NOT have an elevator. Our unit sits on the side of an oceanfront building.
* Balcony offers ocean views as seen in photos.
* Minimum of 3-night reservations.
* Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM.
* Pool is open from April 1st to October 31st. * Persons making reservations must be 25 years of age or older and must be present on check-in and for the duration of the reservation.
* There is covered parking under the 1st floor, uncovered parking is also available. Parking passes will be available in the unit with your welcome information. Parking passes are required June through August and holiday weekends. Additional free public parking is located up the street. Please be courteous to others in the community when parking. If you are only bringing one vehicle, please park in the standard parking spaces. If you are bringing two vehicles, then please park in the double spaces, back to back.
