Top Floor Oceanfront Condo in North Myrtle Beach

Beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo (sleeps 6). Enjoy your coffee overlooking the Atlantic with a stunning panoramic view from this top floor end unit. This is a smaller building, with only 28 units. It's perfect for a quiet family vacation, yet close to dining, shopping, and mini-golf. The master has a queen bed with attached bath, second bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom is small but perfect for the kids (with bunk beds and a fun ocean scene mural painted throughout the room). Basic supplies are provided at check in, but not replenished during your stay. The unit has a washer/dryer, newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living space. There is a "beach closet" stocked with chairs, beach towels, a cooler, toys for the kids and more! After a day on the beach, you can relax by the pool or enjoy the hot tub - both located on the first level and gated exclusively for guests. There are lots of games, puzzles and movies to enjoy if you prefer a quiet family night in. Close to shopping, dining, and all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer!

The view from the balcony was amazing!! The condo is beautifully decorated and so comfortable! Loved the kitchen, had every appliance you could ask for!The beach was perfect too, not many people on it, and our weather was picture perfect!!The storms came in the day after we left for home!

Nice condo, even nicer owners!

We had some issues since they were working on the balcony and could not use it. The owners texted immediately and offered us a discount on future visits. I can not recommend this place enough! Great location, great customer service, great time for winter in Myrtle Beach!

Family Vacation

The view is everything! Waking up with coffee on the patio with nothing but ocean in front of you is fantastic. My kids loved the late night beach adventures and being steps away to bath and bed made it so much easier for mom and dad. We would absolutely rent here again.

This condo provided all our needs. The view was fantastic and the area was very nice. We found the condo very clean and a kitchen equipped with more than we could imagine. This condo was perfect for a mini weekend girls get away. Beds were comfortable, full kitchen (so much cookware and looked brand new!) was so nice, the views were outstanding, and only steps away from the ocean and beach. Thank you! It was a place to rest!

Stayed July 2024. The condo has everything you need and more. The views from the 9th floor on the oceanfront are spectacular. The condo is very nicely furnished. The owners even provide beach towels and a closet full of beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing family vacation

The stay was amazing. The unit was as advertised with amazing views and literally right in the beach. A great family vacation for sure. Close to shopping and dining. Mini golf as well as my son and I played every single day. Check in was a breeze. This had everything you could want in a place to stay. Kitchen ware and coffee pot with a toaster..David and heather were amazing and I would without a doubt stay here again..they have a nice little slice of heaven to share with folks and I can’t thank them enough for their great southern hospitality and letting us use this unit for the week..the views were amazing and the sound of the ocean at night and just an overall amazing experience. A MUST STAY for sure

Fantastic Condo

Exactly as advertised, very clean unit, super easy check-in process. Host was easiest to communicate with of any host I've interacted with (and I did have some last minute questions/requests). It's the little things that set certain properties apart, and this unit had them - best equipped kitchen of any rental property I have ever used, and as a family that will often cook in some nights when travelling, that is always a huge plus in our book!

The unit and views are amazing! Floors were dirty. Writer had to mop them. Smallest bedroom smelled like mildew. Besides the cleanliness, the rest of the unit is great. Nice layout. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful kitchen table and new living room furniture. Love the location of the condo. Grounds are well maintained. Pool and hot tub are convenient. Love walking out the door to put my feet in the sand. Highly recommend this unit! The owners are very kind and responsive. This was my third stay at this unit. Would go back again.

Awesome condominium, great location. Close to everything in North Myrtle Beach. Gorgeous view from the 9th floor. End unit so it had windows on the south side. Bright and sunny. Beach items available. Nice pool. Very clean and tidy. All kitchen appliances and gadgets. Good parking, secure location. Neighbors are friendly. Washer/dryer was nice to have for our extended stay. We have been coming to North Myrtle Beach for over 42 years and this was the best place we’ve stayed. Owner was quick to respond to questions.

Hi, I'm Heather. My husband Dave has family in the Carolinas and we love Myrtle Beach! Our home is in Oregon, and as our family grew, our visits to the grandparents seemed to keep increasing by an extra day or two each time we came out. His parents live part time at Wellington and we were ecstatic when this condo came up for sale. We hope you'll love it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We're in North Myrtle Beach (almost to Cherry Grove). Our stretch of beach mostly has smaller buildings or single family homes. It is nowhere near as crowded as half a mile in either direction from us. We love the easy access to restaurants, shopping, and selection of mini-putt golf courses. If we're feeling like driving into Myrtle Beach, there are golf courses, a Top Golf, a Grand Prix go cart track, a couple of outdoor shopping areas, an outlet mall, and many other entertainments.
