Great host! Very communicative. The house was stocked with essentials for out of towners- spices, shampoo, body wash, even a small collection of books- and it made our stay so nice.

Everything is as described on the internet site. The property is well designed, clean and well maintained. The WiFi connection works for real. The living area is excellent to work and relax. There is a functional kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, dishes, cooking utensils, etc.). All appliances work. The house was well provided with towels and all kinds of conveniences. The location is excellent. The neighborhood is safe. We could park our car just in front of the entrance. Lovely grounds to walk around and conveniently located to explore Sedona. The owner made significant efforts to transform our vacation into a wonderful experience. We hope to come back again.

I cannot say enough about this house. Not only was it clean and in a great location, but the owner thought of every little detail. Probably the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The location was better than we could’ve expected. And it was so relaxing from the beautiful backyard to the wonderful set up in the living room. The kitchen had everything you needed to be able to make dinner. Great little coffee bar. And again she thought of so many different little details. Excellent stay and great host.
