Just a few steps away is the Hocking-Adena Bikepath. Old Mans Cave is located about 25 minutes from the property. Ohio University is 10 minutes away. The Historic Public square in Nelsonville is 2 short blocks away. Bring the family and enjoy a weekend fishing from the backyard or canoeing at the local Canoe Livery. There is a barbeque grill, Huge, outdoor furniture, a front porch swing, 2 mini ponds with Koi fish to feed. Private parking. This is a private whole house rental. The property offers a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful cook wear and dishes. Washer and Dryer with Laundry Soap. The home offers a formal dining room. No parties. Rinse dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. It doesn't have a garbage disposal attached and will clog and overflow in the floor.
