Perfect place to stay for hiking hocking hills! It’s so close to all the trails! Hot tub was awesome, pool table was awesome, kitchen was AWESOME. Would stay here again one million stars.

We had a delightful time enjoying the outdoor walks, fire pit and hot tub and then returning to the comforts of a fully equipped house for our Thanksgiving dinner, games and a movie! Only addition would be more coffee cups :).

There were nine of us in total. Four adults and five teenagers. Everyone's slept comfortably. The house was easy to find. The kitchen had everything we needed. Very clean. Plenty of towels. We had a very relaxing stay, never once heard the kids say they were bored.

Enjoyable Getaway

Stayed for four nights with the family. Really enjoyed our stay at this location. Pool table is not in great condition but the kids still enjoyed playing on it. Plenty of space

Our stay was great over all. The facility is clean. Hot tub worked great. Nice location, and plenty of parking and space. Kitchen was ready to use and well stocked. We all had a great time. I am grateful to the owner for that. I wouldn't recommend it for any elderly persons as the stairs were a bit tricky.

Our family loved the size of this house (plenty of beds and no one needed to share), and the pool table. The kitchen was massive and enjoyable to cook in; however lacked some essentials like dishcloths, and the non-stick pans were pretty scratched up. The deck on the back with fire pit and hot tub was great, except for an off-putting smell. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

It was nice and clean. Very comfortable. The owner wasnt very responsive to my messages but we didnt need much. You may need to bring ice if needed, there wasnt a working ice machine. Other than that, the place was nearly perfect. Would stay again.

Relaxing

House was perfect size for the 10 of us. We had three younger kids so the only thing missing maybe some grass area to play on. Only thing really missed was a drying rack for dishes and kitchen towels.

So peaceful!

This was the perfect get away for the weekend. Easy check in. Very secluded. Spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the peacefulness of nature. The location is perfect with all attractions being no more than 15 min away. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

This home was wonderful for my family as well as my in laws. The kids age from 5-17 and they all enjoyed it just the same. The only concern I had was that the address did not show up on GPS correctly which had us going to the incorrect house:

Fun girls weekend

It was just a bunch of us girls… the key was in the front like one person had said. We had plenty of space. The hot tub was great. We didn’t shoot any pool… we were too busy catching up and we all thought the cabin was perfect for us :)

The cabin was very nice. The kitchen was beautiful. Love the decks and hot tub!There needs to be a half bath in the loft. There should NOT be 2 addresses—very confusing! There needs to be a light by the door in order to put in the code for the key box. Also, it would have been nice if we could have gotten an early check in (since it had not been rented the day before) to get ready for our son’s rehearsal dinner that night. We travel a lot and did not feel you were very accommodating.

We had a great time! The house was comfortable and had most everything we needed. We had some power outages during one day due to the extreme cold temperatures and winter weather. Thankfully the house has a backup generator! It didn't power the furnace or the wifi but we stayed comfortable on the lower level with the gas heaters. And thankfully the power was fully restored before we went to bed. We were able to get updates from the owner and questions answered in between outages.Some things to know about this house: 1. There is not a bathroom in the loft and the closest one is downstairs connecting the two bedrooms. For us it wasn't an issue but for groups who would prefer more privacy it could be.2. The steps to the lower level/kitchen are too tall & deep and were a little tricky. Could be more of an issue for elderly.3. Not enough coffee mugs or blankets for beds- owner said they would correct this.4. 4WD in winter is a MUST.5. Cell service is poor but wifi is good.Overall, we would stay again. Probably in warmer weather! Although the snowy woods were beautiful.

Great for family meeting

House was clean and well set up. We converged on house from multiple cities. Worked very good to put the families with babies upstairs and we slept down. We didn’t hear a thing. It rained all weekend and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and not feel claustrophobic. Plenty of parking for all 3 cars Be aware no cell service but wi-fi was good.

Birthday get away

Property is nice, beautiful house. We really enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing. Hot tub was a little dirty. On the first floor there is only a gas heater, there was no mention of that. WiFi password provided was incorrect, but once we got that settled it was fine but the issue wasn’t resolved until a day into our trip. There wasn’t a dumpster on the property to get rid of our trash. So we had 3 days worth of trash piled up in the house until we sat it on the porch the morning of check out.

Close to everything

Close to every thing in the hocking hills area. Enjoyable stay. Minor issue with check in as email states to go to lock box in back. We did and found the box but it wouldn’t open. Had to find an area with cell service to call property only to find out there is another lock box in the front. Not fun doing all this in the cold and dark with a family. Email also states to put trash in dumpster by driveway. Searched the property and couldn’t find a dumpster or outside trash cans.

It was ok for the price

First of all GPS most likely will take you the wrong way. When you get to Rocky Fork Rd follow the addresses to get to the destination. The pool table was unusable. The table was warped (not a slate table.) It was shimmed on every leg, which did nothing to help. I did not expect it to be perfect but usable would have been nice. The stairs going down to the kitchen are dangerous. There were extra blankets. No broom. No garbage can outside, no dumpster. No hot water in downstairs bath.

We totally fell in love with our stay at the cabin!

It had a beautiful homey feeling! We loved the lay out. The back patio with the hot tub and fire pit an awesome way to end the day!! We will be returning next year!! Beautiful place!!
