- 4 bedrooms (sleep 8) complete with no shared walls, separate private entrance/exit and deck access, and AC
- Open-concept living room & full kitchen w/ AC, AppleTV, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster
- 2 bathrooms with dedicated shower
- Private, south-facing heated pool that gets sun all day, grill, washer/dryer, and wraparound deck
- 6mins from the harbor, 3mins to the beach
Weekly Stay Savings: An 5% automatic discount applies to reservations of 7 nights.
Minimum Stay:
- Memorial Day Weekend – Labor Day Weekend: 5-night minimum
- All other dates: 3-night minimum
Flat Turnover Fee: Covers full house cleaning between stays, weekly pool service/chemistry, and typical summer pool-heat usage.
