What makes this property unique

Set on 25 forested acres with its’ own waterfall, Lighthouse Point is an east/west peninsula jutting out into Lake Champlain, thereby affording views both to the north and south.

Sit on our point gazing south to where Benjamin Franklin was once rowed directly past our property on his way to a ship in Canada that brought him to France, securing their support for the American Revolution.

Moreover, our renovated barn is a fully equipped guest house which is also available to rent for friends or family.
