Nestled in the heart of the North Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island and a three-minute walk to the beach is our 6 bedroom 4 1/2 bath beach house we call "Sandy Feet Retreat"

Sandy Feet Retreat has it all! Two houses for the price of one, a large pool which can be heated for an additional charge. This home has had recent renovations; the kitchen has been totally renovated and has a nice coffee bar, all three bathrooms in the main house have beautiful walk-in showers, new vanities, toilets, and light fixtures. New flooring has been installed throughout the main house along with new furnishings.

A classic North Forest Beach property in a great location. Sandy Feet Retreat is fun and convenient for every age group. It is on the bike trail, close to the best beach, a four-minute walk to Coligny for shopping, dining, and entertainment, and close walking distance to the new Celebration Park. The main house is a ground level with no steps. Having 2 houses on one property offers ideal space for both family togetherness and privacy. Also for small corporate gatherings and golf groups.

What sets this house apart is not only the bonus two-story guest house but also the outstanding attention to comfort.

There is an inviting entrance with a nice dining area. The Carolina Room extends the length of the main house in the back. French doors open to the pool and screened porch. The living area has a TV, fireplace, and sectional sofa which make this a great gathering place for the whole party. The kitchen is completely equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and has a nice coffee bar (2021).

The covered screen porch is fabulous and has a custom-built bar with outdoor seating and comfortable furnishings with a flat-screen TV. The screened-in porch connects the main house to the guest house.

The swimming pool is one of the largest and best private pools on the island. The pool can be heated for an additional fee, (except for November 1 - mid-March, when it can not be heated). No Diving is Allowed due to the depth of the pool. Chase lounges have been added to enjoy while enjoying the sunny island days.

The garage is stocked with toys for your use. Several bikes, a beach cart, sand toys, boogie boards, a corn hole toss game, and an extra refrigerator.

Sleeps 16 - 4 Kings, 2 sets of bunk beds, 2 day beds, sofa sleeper

Parking is available for 4 vehicles only.

This will be a retreat that your family will make lasting memories in and that you will want to return to year after year.

Spring Break 2024

This property was perfect for our family. Great walking distance to beach and Coligny Plaza, stores, shops. The teen boys loved having the guest house to themselves, the pre-teens loved the bunk room and the adults loved having king size beds for all! Clean, comfortable and spacious. We also enjoyed having so many beach toys/games/supplies.

Great Pool

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying here. Pros: Spacious pool and great location. Cons: cleanliness. The main house is fairly clean although I wish the cleaning people would check under the beds as we found a pair of used shorts/underwear under the master bed. However, the detached house was not clean at all and was full of bugs/mosquitos despite our best efforts. It was so bad that my two girls ended up moving into the main house mid-stay and sleeping on the couch. I understand cleaners on the island are very busy, but there was a significant change in the cleanliness this year compared to our stay last year.
