Awesome location, situated just before the Parker River opens up to Plum Island Sound. This property is NOT on Plum Island but rather it's located adjacent to PI Sound, directly on the Parker River. It abuts reservation land and has amazing water and salt marsh views.

- A short boat or car ride to Crane Beach and Sandy Point Plum Island and Newburyport
- Low tide brings with it a beautiful sand bar in front of the cottage.
