Découverte de la Croatie

Excellent séjour chez Jakov. La maison es t bien située et la piscine est un atout. Les plages sont à proximité. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille. Jakov est d'excellents conseils.

Ideal für eine große Familie

Wir haben den Urlaub mit 6 Kindern, 5 Erwachsenen und zwei Hunden in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen. In der direkten Umgebung gab es alles was man braucht, von Kiesstrand, Felsenbucht, Minimarkt, Bäcker bis zu Restaurants. Der Vermieter hat auf Nachfragen prompt reagiert und war ebenfalls bemüht bei Unternehmungen zu Unterstützen. Die Highlights des Hauses sind der große überdachte Balkon an dem man bequem zu 12 Personen an einer großen Tafel sitzen kann, der Pool mit Beleuchtung am Abend und der verschatteten Terasse mit reichlich Liegen.

Super Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war super. Der Pool groß und sogar beheizt. Haben einige Tage nur am Pool verbracht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Pool wurde mehrfach in der Zeit gereinigt. Vom Quartier aus können zu Fuß mehrere Strände und Restaurants erreicht werden. Hat uns wirklich alles sehr gut gefallen.

Nic dodać, nic ująć- po prostu cudownie ;-)

Polecam, biliśmy większą grupą która swobodnie pomieściła się w domu. Dużym atutem basen, gdy w upalne dni nie było możliwości plażowania nad morzem. Duzy stół, do wspólnego biesiadowania oraz miejsce na relaks pod zadaszeniem i osłonięciem od słońca. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry, fajny człowiek ;-), wyrozumiały i pomocny.

Fint boende för barnfamilj

Mycket trevligt boende. Värden, Jakov, mycket hjälpsam och tillmötesgående. Pratar bra engelska. Liten affär i närområdet med det man behöver. Bageri med färsk bröd. Några ganska bra restauranger finns relativt nära. Poolen är ett stort plus för barnfamiljer. Havet härligt för oss andra. Tack för denna gång. /Christina

Sehr nette Besitzer, immer online erreichbar, sehr zuvorkommend. Die Villa sehr schönes gemütliches Häuschen der Pool war das Highlight.sehr gut für Familien mit Kindern. Das Meer in mehreren Richtungen und Möglichkeiten in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Steingrill bittet gute Gelegenheit zu grillen und die große Terrasse im 1.Stock mit sehr schönem großen Tisch lädt zum gemütlichem beisammen sein. Uns hat es sehr gefallen würden wir immer wieder gerne kommen. DANKE JAKOV UND IVANNA

Tres bon accueil sans pression. Sentiment d'etre chez soi. Enorme barbecue offert au milieu de sejour. Endroit tranquille et agreable. Les villes touristiques Trogir et Split tres proches. Aeroport a 10 minutes. Jamais vu une mer aussi claire. A visiter absolument.

My grandparents build this house in the 80s and I am coming here since I was born. I like to do everything in the sea and love to meet new people.

Why they chose this property

The house was originally built by my grandfather, who spent 40 years working in Germany. For many years, it served as the heart of our family, even when we only rented out the first floor. The lush, green garden has always been a special feature, and we made sure to preserve and enhance it during the major renovation in 2018, with another update completed in 2025. Unlike many oversized apartments in the area, Villa Lahor is designed to invite you outdoors. Here, the beautiful exterior spaces and authentic Dalmatian atmosphere encourage you to truly experience and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.

What makes this property unique

Close to the beach, where you can feel easy wind during hot summer days, enjoy whirlpool swimming pool, close to the Trogir old town but still in the quiet area.
