Harsh floodlighting coming in the windows from the neighboring gas station made one bedroom unusable for sleeping. Some of the house was decent and we appreciated it being stocked with coffee filters, tea, paper products, etc. This place may fill basic needs and is indeed walkable to the downtown but be aware that it is on a busy street and certainly does not have “Cape Cod” charm.
