Villa on the sea (5 m from the beach) for up to 8 people. Composed of 175 square meters, on three levels with n. 3 bedrooms and n. 2 bathrooms, plus attic with bed and n. 1 small bathroom; living room with kitchenette, bay window overlooking the sea, tiled garden. On the ground floor there are: n. 1 bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a terrace in the back, and an external shower C / F. On the first floor we find a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, balcony with sea view, n. 1 bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, corridor with built-in wardrobe, and a second bedroom with double bed.
Going up we find the attic with bedroom with double bed, separated by n. 1 wc, and also a sofa bed with two beds. There is also a large terrace with a beautiful view of Diamante. If necessary, it is possible to request a child's bed or a camping bed for a child.

Fantastic holidays in italy!

We spent 10 Days in here. The house is situated directly on The beautifull beach. It Has all The necessary equipment.about 1minute walk from the house there is a nice restaurant and about 3minutes drive there are shops with food we were A Group od 7 People with 3yo baby. We are satisified in 100%!just Perfect!

Haus mit Toplage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hat eine Toplage direkt am Strand und auch die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Wir hatten ein paar sehr heiße Tage da wäre eine Klimaanlage gut gewesen. Spülmaschine und WLAN würden das Haus unschlagbar machen. Dennoch auch so eine absolute Empfehlung.

Ottima posizione a due passi dal mare, casa carina, spaziosa e confortevole anche se con l’ultima ondata di caldo un po’ di calore si è avvertito durante la notte. peccato per la cucina che necessiterebbe di essere totalmente cambiata poiché molto datata, per rendere questo posto ancora più accogliente.

sensationelle Lage

Ein wirklich nettes und ganz toll gelegenes Reihenmittelhaus, mit kleinem Vorgarten und direktem Strandzugang, in dem man wirklich sehr gut Urlaub machen kann. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war vollkommen problemlos, auch eine Frühabreise war überhaupt kein Problem, der Schlüssel konnte am vereinbarten Platz deponiert werden. Die Einrichtung ist einfach gehalten, aber funktionell, die Betten sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit, speziell in Küche und Bad jedoch bietet noch einigen Raum nach oben....

Wunderschöner Urlaub 2016

Das Haus von Alessandra befindet sich nur einen Steinwurf entfernt vom azurblauen und sauberen Meer mit feinem Sandstrand. Das Haus ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und bietet genug Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. In der Nahen Umgebung gibt es qualitativ hochwertige Restaurants zu kleinen Preisen (Il Rudere). Die Abende lassen sich am Besten bei einem Glas Wein auf der Promenade in Diamante ausklingen, denn hier pulsiert abends das Leben. Die auf einem Felsen gelegene Stadt Tropea mit ihrer bezaubernden Altstadt befindet sich ca. 120km entfernt, die Hauptstadt Kalabriens Cosenza ist in jedem Fall eine Reise wert. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub mit sehr netten Bekanntschaften, exquisiter Küche und jeder Menge Sonne! The house of Alessandra is just a stone’s throw away from the most beautiful sea of Diamante. You can also find all the necessary utensils in the house, which has space for up to 8 people. The closer surroundings are studded with excellent gastronomic venues (e.g. Il Rudere) and a wide variety of shopping options. Tropea and Cosenza (the Capitol of Calabria) are absolutely worth the trip. All in all it was a wonderful trip with really nice people, really good food and perfect weather. Sunny greetings Assunta

Perfetto per grandi e piccini

Sono appena tornata e conservo ancora nel cuore i colori magnifici del tramonto che si vede da questa casa meravigliosa! È stata una vacanza bellissima per me e i miei bambini, la vicinanza del mare ( la casa è sulla spiaggia) ha permesso a me di riposare e a loro di scatenarsi! Merito anche della dolcissima padrona di casa che è sempre stata presente per ogni richiesta.

Sistemazione perfetta

Siamo stati con amici in questa casa e ci siamo trovati benissimo, perfetta situazione per famiglie con bambini come noi. A pochi passi dal mare (praticamente sul mare) la casa ha tutti i comfort è grande e spaziosa, anche l'ultimo piano mansardato può essere utilizzato senza problemi perché non eccessivamente basso. La proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile ci ha accolto illustrandoci la casa e rimanendo a nostra disposizione, saremmo rimasti anche un giorno in più ma la casa (molto ambita) era già occupata . Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Bella vacanza. Casa comoda per otto persone proprio sul mare. La casa e' situata in un villaggio piccolo, vicino bar, ristorante e pizzeria self service. Quando il mare si agita è possibile andare al lido voi cibo con piscina. Consigliata

Casa comoda e sul mare

Ho trascorso la mia vacanza con la mia famiglia di sei persone . la casa è in un piccolo condominio, proprio vicinissima alla spiaggia come dice l'annuncio;e' comoda ed arredata a mio avviso con gusto, ideale a chi vuole vivere il mare. N elle vicinanze bar, pizzeria, ristorante ed un lido dove si mangia. ottima vacanza da ripetere.

Casa molto comoda e grande. Mare bellissimo e caldo!!! Consigliabile a famiglie con bambini perché casa attacca alla spiaggia. Vicini di casa molto cordiali ed educati. Era bellissima settimana di vacanza!!!

La casa e' spaziosa e luminosa. È' dotata di servizi e utensili di ogni genere. È' una casa comoda, adatta a famiglie con figli, specialmente se piccoli perché è' sulla spiaggia. Per me è' stata una bella vacanza, da consigliare.

Buono ma prezzo non adeguato

La casa è in buona posizione, molto vicina al mare, ma ci sono parecchi difetti che a nostro avviso dovrebbero determinare un valore inferiore: - la camere da letto effettive sono 3, mentre la 4° camera è in una mansarda, in cui mancano le altezze e la cui finestra è un grazioso ma molto piccolo oblò - la casa è grande ma il livello di manutenzione generale e degli arredi è decisamente scarso (sedie da esterni rotte, sedie da interni in numero insufficiente, lampade non funzionanti, impianto elettrico vetusto) - mancanza di lavapiatti (per una casa con 8 posti letto) - mancanza sdraio per prendere il sole - totale assenza di arredi nelle 2 terrazze - stoviglie, pentole e biancheria tavola al minimo - attenzione: totale mancanza di segnale TIM, quindi noi siamo rimasti completamente isolati, senza né telefono né web x 2 settimane!! Bisogna prendere schede Wind o 3. - il mare è molto bello, ma nei giorni in cui non funziona il depuratore si trasforma in una fogna a cielo aperto - il proprietario del vicino stabilimento Sabbia d'Oro (con ottimo ristorante) vi intratterà al microfono durante il giorno... La proprietaria è una persona squisita, e soprattutto i vicini napoletani sono stupendi!!

We (2 families - 4 adults and two children) spent one week there in Diamante. We enjoyed our time there very much. The house is tastefully desgined and decorated. The sea ist just a step from the house. From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the sea and the sunset. The beach and the water is very clean. So everything was really perfect for a relaxing holydays. Alessandra (the owner) is a lovely and helpful person. It was really nice to meet her. Claus

Abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza, la casa e' comoda e spaziosa ed è' proprio sul mare. Ripeterei la stessa esperienza in futuro.
