"Le Villette" - GREEN Villa

Independent newly built villas each with garden and private pool, with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Energy class A +++.

Featuring a terrace, all units have a lounge and dining room. There is also a kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. A microwave, refrigerator and stove are also offered, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine.
Linen and towels are provided. Final cleaning included.

Free private parking inside the complex.

**** Being a small complex of 3 villas, characterized by a quiet and familiar atmosphere, reservations are accepted only by couples or families. Access to the complex is allowed only to the people indicated in the booking ****

The villas are located in Bonifati, in a very quiet area close to the sea. Nearby there are some of the most beautiful and characteristic coastal resorts of Calabria.

Nearest airports: Lamezia Terme (SUF), Naples (NAP), Bari (BRI), Reggio Calabria (REG), Brindisi (BDS)

A few km. away there are shopping centers, although you can go shopping in several neighboring villages, where local markets are held weekly.

There are also beautiful restaurants nearby, also on the beach, where you can cook fish caught in the area.

It is also possible to rent a boat in the nearby tourist port of Cetraro. There is also a golf course nearby.

Lovely house with a very nice pool. All necessary stuff is available.

We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed to be there. We could make nice walks in the quiet area and found a 10 minutes walking way to a more or less private beach. The coast in this area is the most beautiful one of Italy. The help and guidance we got from the owner Giuseppe was great and always very fast. We recommend this house to everybody!

Lovely villa near some beautiful beaches and towns

We were so happy to have found this lovely villa, with its own pool and sea views. We watched the sunset at the nearby cove. The villa is well presented, with some great touches (like a warm outside shower plus 2 inside bathrooms) and the host is so lovely and helpful. A car is a must but it means the villa is in a quiet, peaceful location. What a beautiful part of Italy.

The villa was absolutely amazing, perfect for a family and couples, the area surrounding was beautiful and so quiet and peaceful. The villa had everything we needed and more, the design is very modern and beautiful on the inside and out. Bonifati is a hidden gem, locals are lovely and there aren’t many tourists either. Definitely will be coming back to this villa again! Brilliant host also who was so helpful and recommended us plenty of places to go and visit. Can’t wait to come back and stay in villa again.

Wir hatten eine angenehme Zeit in der Villa, da alles vorhanden war. Der Pool war angenehm warm, die Betten bequem und die Küchenausstattung entgegen anderen Rezensionen sehr gut. Als eine Herdplatte beim 2er-Induktionsherd nicht funktionierte, hat Giuseppe gleich mit einem neuen4er-Herd für Abhilfe gesorgt. Wir haben es als sehr angenehm empfunden, dass jede Woche Bettwäsche und, Handtuchwechsel, sowie eine Reingung durchgeführt wird. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und man hat einen fantastischen Meerblick. Das Haus war super sauber und die Klimaanlage hat sehr geholfen in den warmen Nächten gut zu schlafen. Der Pool direkt vor der Terrasse war schön groß und kam bei unseren Kindern bestens an. Guiseppe war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen geben konnte und jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Wir können das Haus für einen erholsamen Urlaub absolut weiterempfehlen.

Super netter Empfang durch Guiseppe, Top Ferienhaus, herrliche ruhige Lage mit Blick aufs Meer, sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet, Terrasse, Pool, alles TOP. Guiseppe hat uns alles erklärt, war immer erreichbar, hatte Tips für uns. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Danke an Guiseppe das dieses Traum Ferienhaus und Du uns einen super Urlaub beschert hat. Wir waren 3 Wochen dort. Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool

Das Ferienhaus ist genau wie beschrieben. Alles ist sauber. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist gut, man ist in wenigen Minuten am Meer.

Prachtig modern ingericht vakantiehuis met lekker zwembad

Het vakantiehuis en zwembad voldeden perfect aan onze wensen. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt in een rustige omgeving. De locatie is minder, wat ver weg van goede stranden en strandvoorzieningen. Vanuit het vakantiehuis is het wel goed mogelijk om mooie dorpen zoals Tropeau en Diamante te bezoeken. Huis is NIET geschikt voor mensen die moeilijk ter been zijn i.v.m. steile oprit naar huis.

Wunderschönes, modernes Ferienhaus in ruhiger, atemberaubender Gegend!

Die Villette sind wunderschön. Wir hatten das mittlere der drei Häuschen für zwei Wochen. Der eigene Pool ist ein Traum! Die Ausstattung durchweg hochwertig. Wir hatten in anderen Bewertungen gelesen, dass es in der Küche nur eine Mikrowelle gibt, keinen Ofen. Wir haben daher kurz entschlossen unseren Airfryer mit genommen - das war eine gute Entscheidung! Die Mikrowelle ist eher klein; wer wie wir in der Früh gerne frisch aufgebackene Semmeln möchte, kommt hier an die Grenzen (oder fährt ins nahegelegene Dorf zum Alimentari und kauft frisches Brot - das geht natürlich auch). Wir kochen auch gerne selber, von daher war das für uns eine gute Lösung. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön. Wir waren viel Fahrradfahren - aber Achtung! Das ist ganz schön fordernd! Die Steigungen sind heftig. Für Strandgänger: man muss sich darauf einstellen, dass kein Strand wirklich fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Uns hat das nichts ausgemacht, aber wer mal eben schnell ins Meer springen möchte, der muss damit rechnen sich ins Auto setzen zu müssen oder kurz mit dem Rad zu fahren (aber auch hier: mit ziemlichen Steigungen rechnen!). Insgesamt ist die Gegend absolut nicht touristisch. Wer abends gerne durch den Ort bummelt und durch fancy Geschäfte schlendern möchte, der wird enttäuscht sein. Wer Ruhe sucht, der ist hier richtig. Der Vermieter ist super nett und immer erreichbar. Auch bei Schwierigkeiten bekommt man sofort Unterstützung. Wir waren begeistert!

Super sejour

La villa est parfaite pour un séjour d’une famille de 4 personnes en Calabre. Belle, Moderne, suffisamment spacieuse et quel bonheur de disposer d’une piscine privée ! L’éclairage de la villa le soir est super sympa. Pour visiter la région en voiture, il suffit de se laisser guider par les bons conseils du propriétaire, qui est toujours disponible si besoin.
