About this property

A perfect family vacation home with a spectacular lake view! Air conditioned home with deluxe furnishings, stainless steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. Granite countertops, hardwood floor, comfortable, cozy leather sectional couch for movie nights. Loft bedroom, with King bed, private bathroom and television. Two bedrooms with Queen beds share the main floor bathroom. Luxury bed linens and plenty of bath towels. 60" smart television in the living room for family movie nights. LG front load washer and dryer.
The spacious front deck offers a Weber barbecue, patio table, umbrella and lounge chairs with a fantastic lake view to enjoy. Or choose to relax on the large back private deck, with landscaped back garden yard. For your activities, tennis, pickle ball, badminton ball rackets, golf putter, golf balls, bocce ball set are supplied. Board games and puzzles also available. Beach and pool towels provided.
Located on a quiet traffic street and a 2 minute walk to the upper pool with toddler swim area and hot tub.
LaCasa has many more amenities, 2nd pool with 2 hot tubs, tennis/pickleball courts, sand volleyball court, mini golf, and children's playground.
Our lakeshore has a waterpark, patio decks, Marina and Boat launch. Boat slips may be available for an extra cost thru the resort management office. All other resort amenities are free use.
The convenience store provides all you may need, with prepared or take out foods, liqueur, and a casual restaurant. While convenient is advisable to bring along your own groceries and supplies, alternatively, Save on Foods grocery store in West Kelowna delivers your pre online order direct to the house.
Golf carts are available to rent at additional cost to get around on the resort, pre booking is recommended.
Lots of local trails throughout the resort and behind in park land to explore hiking or trail ride on your bike, quad or dirt bike.
Historical Fintry park is a 2 minute drive north on westside road offering hiking to waterfalls, sandy beaches, boat launch and outdoor events.
Many local golf courses nearby including Sparkling Hill, Shannon lake and Two Eagles. Tour the local award winning wineries along West Kelowna's wine trail, such as Quails gate, Mission Hill, Frind, Mt Boucherie to name a few, or take in Kelowna downtown craft brewery/cider district and nightlife.

Our stay was amazing as always. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The property grounds are nicely taken care of. It was perfect to relax and activities to keep the kids entertained! The owner was so quick to respond and communication easy! Thankyou!

Amazing Cottage

Family vacation was fabulous in this beautiful cottage with resort amenities! A huge deck with views to die for! Anne was easy to rent from - would definitely stay here again!

Well maintained for you to enjoy. Highly stocked with all you would need. So it can be your home away from home too.

Why they chose this property

Located on a quiet street of LaCasa Resort backing onto park land.
The loop around level street provides an enjoyable evening walk and only a 2 minute walk to upper pool, with toddler swim area and a large hot tub.
LaCasa has many amenities, 2 swim pools, 3 hot tubs, tennis/pickleball courts, sand volleyball court, mini golf and children's playground.
Our lakeshore has a waterpark, patio decks, Marina and Boat launch. Marina is managed by the resort office (extra fee for limited supply of slip rentals when available - not included in cottage rental)
The seasonal convenience store provides basic groceries, liquor, fresh sandwiches, salads, snacks, kids wall of candy, take out service and casual restaurant.
Lots of local trails on the resort and behind in park land to explore hiking or trail ride on your bike, quad or dirt bike.
Historical Fintry park is a 2 minute drive north offering hiking to waterfalls, sandy beaches, boat launch and outdoor events.

What makes this property unique

Spectacular lake views from the front deck. The back deck and garden provides a lovely space to relax and enjoy the afternoon sun. The upper area of LaCasa resort is quieter and less crowded and a level street for walking and cycling with toddlers. Located close to the upper pool, look out gazebo park, and the walking trail to the store and restaurant. Backs onto to crown land with many walking trails to explore.
