This chic approximately 1/3 acre El Mirador compound is conveniently located in Movie Colony East/Ruth Hardy Park, one of Palm Springs oldest and most desirable neighborhoods. Just minutes away from Palm Springs International airport and classic downtown village shopping, casino and nightlife. Features a Saltwater Pool with tanning shelf and newly installed Putting Green!

Exquisitely furnished with Room & Board and Design within Reach, this property speaks serenity, from the huge pool and separate spa, to the expanded outdoor sitting area, it invites you to a life of desert living through maximizing the open space feel. Featuring custom picture windows, large open floor plan, stained concrete floor, and speaker system without the house.

Artistically remodeled, 4 bedroom and 4 bath home (sleeps 8) is designed to create that fabulous Palm Springs experience. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms with 2 master suites located on opposite ends of the home for total privacy.

BEDROOMS:
MASTER - The main master suite has a King size bed, 55" flat screen TV with cable, extensive use of glass, giving view to citrus trees from the sunlit master bath with rainshower and separate spa tub, and opens to its own private patio.

JUNIOR MASTER - The junior master suite has a King size bed, 55" flat screen TV with cable, a deluxe master bath with two shower heads and acts as a convenient pool bathroom as well.

2nd & 3rd BEDROOM - The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms provide the comfort of queen size beds one of which has its own en-suite bathroom and the other a separate bathroom across the hall. Both have 40" Flat Screen TV with cable.

LIVING SPACES:
The formal living room is a stylish featuring a dramatic fireplace and opens to the gourmet kitchen and outdoor living room.

The family area of the home boasts an expansive open floor plan and has expansive views of the beautiful yard and mountains. The 65" flat screen television in the living room is equipped with Smart BlueRay DVD, in addition is a Sonos compatible stereo and speakers throughout the property.

The open kitchen has high end stainless appliances, Viking range, wine chiller, Cesarstone counters, and sleek European cabinets, keeping that open feeling.

OUTDOOR:
The completely private backyard allows you to relax in the expansive saltwater pool and spa, soak the desert sun on the lounge chairs, and enjoy incredible mountain views from multiple seating areas. Also, there is a newly installed 600sqft PGA designed putting green!

The covered outdoor lanai is equipped with a convenient bar that opens to the indoor kitchen, dining area(seating for 8) and living room with an outdoor built-in BBQ area with outdoor refrigerator, ping pong table, 2 fans – a perfect environment for entertaining.

AMENTITIES:
This property also has an attached two car garage. There is an enclosed laundry room with front load washer and dryer. Also, there is a combination safe for guests.

This home is fully equipped with games, ping pong table, pool floats, high speed wireless internet, cable, quality towels and linens, BBQ, and everything you'll need for an incredible stay.

We had an amazing stay in Palm Springs—this house truly exceeded all expectations. The property itself is fantastic, beautifully designed, and incredibly well-equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. It was perfect for multiple families traveling with kids—there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably.The backyard was a standout and kept both kids and adults entertained the entire time. Between the pool, hot tub, putting green, lounging areas, and thoughtful extras, it felt like a private resort. We especially loved the seamless indoor-outdoor living—it made the whole experience feel relaxed and elevated.The location was also super convenient, close to everything, though honestly, the house was so great we could have happily stayed there the entire trip without leaving.Highly recommend—would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home with countless amenities. From the putting/chipping green to the chef’s kitchen and Viking outdoor grill. This home is perfect for families with adult children. Easy walk to downtown dining and shops. Countless hiking opportunities and yet relaxing by the pool or in the spa is delightful too. Amazing Stay!

Myself and 7 friends came to Palm Spring for a brief golf trip over 4 days. This VRBO was everything we could have asked for. Fred the property manager was very helpful and greeted us upon check-in/check-out. It's exactly as described in the listing and the backyard was stunning. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for 3 generations. The layout provided lots of privacy. The outdoor area is excellent. Heated pool, hot tub, table tennis and plenty of lounge chairs and options for sun or shade. Beautiful early morning views of the mountains. Nice park close by, and great neighborhood walks.

Everything about our stay and this home was perfect. The home is so comfortable, room to relax inside and out. The pool is large and lovely, as is the jacuzzi. Beautiful landscaping, home is best stocked rental for all amenities in kitchen and for pool that I’ve ever stayed in. Fred the property manager is a great communicator though it was all so perfect we really only talked at check in and check out.and the location is perfect if you want to be close to Palm Springs! Very private too!

Wonderful property and location

We had a fantastic time at this house. It has the perfect layout for two groups staying together with two sleep areas on each side of the common spaces. We could walk to coffee and playgrounds which was great bht I will say it’s not a totally child (toddler) friendly house as there are many breakables. We would definitely come back!

Anything and everything we needed was at our fingertips in this classic mid-century modern house tastefully decorated with a sleek sophisticatation and luxurious comfort. Great bedding! This property was absolutely perfect! We stayed with 4 couples in the house. Plenty of room inside, and the outdoor space was fantastic. Even better than the listing. Close to everything downtown Palm Springs has to offer, we even walked to dinner several nights. Would rent this home again in a heartbeat. Amazing house, amazing stay

This was the perfect house for 6 long-time friends to relax and enjoy: the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and utensils, and the garage even had an extra fridge/freezer to use which came in quite handy. The outside space was beautiful and large and also offered areas for solitude and escape. The salt water pool and spa were inviting and the poolside beds so relaxing! We also took advantage of the ping-pong table and putting green..The neighborhood was very quiet yet ideally located to visit downtown with its shopping and restaurants.We absolutely recommend this house and plan to return ourselves!

great winter storm getaway

Property was amazing, and my family of 4 adults and a 5 year old had a wonderful time! My grandson loved the table tennis, putting green and the huge number of pool toys! We very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub, both heated to a perfect temperature. Kitchen had every appliance we needed, including a juicer for the fruit from trees! Would highly recommend this home! Can't wait to come back! They also kindly let us check in a bit early-very appreciated!
