Charming 3-bedroom house with Hot Tub near Downtown, Germantown, Gulch, LGBTQ

Our home is a 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, relaxation destination. Featuring a spacious backyard with six person hot tub, fire pit, hammock, and covered pavillion. There are four bicycles also available for use.

We are located one mile from downtown Nashville/Broadway, and are a short walk to Germantown, Brooklyn Bowl, Sounds Stadium, The Gulch, and Marathon Village.

Free street parking is available in front of the house.

We believe that Black Lives Matter, No Human is Illegal, and Love is Love.

The house was a short distance to everything Nashville has to offer and is in great neighborhood full of hidden gems. The space was inviting and had plenty of spaces to gather, regroup and rest.
