Perfect location and great property for a last minute guys trip to mountain bike Ashland. Neighborhood was great, very friendly people and the host was great!
We have been coming to Ashland and OSF for 30 years. We have stayed at many places -- motels out by the freeway, hotels in town, B&Bs, but this place has been our favorite. We have been coming here for the last 8 years or so, this year for four nights. We cooked two nights, and got take out two nights (pizza and Thai from a place down by the University). It is more economical than eating out and more fun. A great family tradition!
This small cozy house was perfect for our group over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Great kitchen with every item we needed. Cannot beat the location. We will be back.
We came to Ashland to attend a family wedding. We especially appreciated the location of the cottage as it’s very walkable to shopping and restaurants. Lovely.

Good location and comfortable living space.
We really like the neighborhood feeling and the easy walk to every place.
We loved staying here. Great location near OSF and the shops and restaurants downtown. Appreciated the porch lights welcoming us home after the late shows, ice cream in hand.
The home was lovelyandSugar was very responsive to all my questions. It was great to be able to walk to plays and we appreciated the restaurant recommendations
Loved our few days at the cottage and exploring Ashland. The location is quiet but easy walking to downtown, and short driving to wonderful wineries. Beautiful neighborhood. Recommend!

Perfect for a small group
This was our 5th stay at the cottage and we hope to add many more to that number. Clean, cozy, close to the main streets of Ashland. If a rental cottage is what you're after then this is it.
We had a great time here! Close walking distance to downtown, stores, restaurants, ect. Great food and friendly people in Ashland, we spent a lot of time sitting outside and enjoying the great front porch. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Clean, comfortable, close to everything we needed
Always a great place to stay. Walk to town and theaters in minutes. Love the comfy front porch! Owner knows how to do it right.
House is adorable, roomy, very well equipped and very convenient location. Manager was friendly and accessible although we didn't need much, everything is there and as described in the listing. Would stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful home base!
