5th time to stay in this downtown bungalow. Home is tidy. Covered and quiet seating outside let us see and feel the thunderstorm that did not stop that evening’s outdoor show. Two blocks away from fine dining, fun shopping and five blocks from the festival’s 3 theatres. Already booked for next year.

Enjoyable place to stay. The apartment was very comfortable and we particularly enjoyed eating on the porch in front. It is also close to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and the Main Street shops and restaurants. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were very responsive. We hope to stay here again!

Great location and well appointed. We had difficulty operating the heat. Suggest soap in the bathrooms. Soap dispenser and dishwashing liquid were watered down :-). We were nearly packed for departure when knock on the door heard and before getting to answer, your co-owner walked in. A little disconcerting. Small items but wanted to give this feedback. We did enjoy our stay very much. Thank you.

This is a gem of a place to stay in Ashland! You can park your car and walk everywhere. Parking was off street and very convenient. Safeway is a couple of blocks away. Plays, movies and downtown are 10-15 min walk from the house and the railroad district and lettered streets are even closer. The home itself is better than the pictures are able to show, especially the living room and outdoor spaces. We cooked most of our meals there and the kitchen is well stocked with what you need. Very clean upon our arrival. There were also nice touches to make it feel like a home and not just a vacation rental. Very comfortable beds. We hope to come back and stay here for our next visit to Ashland.

This is a lovely little house in a perfect location, a short walk to downtown and OSF. The house is attractive, very clean and well maintained. It did lack a space for dining but the multitude of excellent restaurants nearby made that a jon issue. The outdoor seating areas were very pleasant and the grounds neat and appealing. Would definitely stay here again while visiting Ashland.

My family had a wonderful stay. The flat is located in easy walking distance to downtown Ashland, so that we didn't have to drive at all while there. The rooms were very comfortable. We loved the outdoor seating on the porch at meal times.
