What a cute home! Very comfortable and charming old house. All the rooms were clean and well appointed. The walk to the theater was easy and to restaurants as well. We hope to come back to this place next year.

Location is great. A little noisy on the boulevard. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is good. Negatives were worn tables and creaky floors and stairs, which were not rustic, just really annoying.

This is a charming home with great amenities. The interior decor is quirky and delightful. We did find that on the front door we needed to enter our door code twice in order for the door to unlock. Other doors didn't behave this way. Deer sometimes browsed in the yard, in the median of Siskiyou and across the street, which we thought was delightful.

We had an incredible stay at this property! The home was clean, decorated with a great deal of charm, and felt instantly cozy. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals and Safeway grocery store was just 2 doors down the street.The location was peaceful and quiet, The porches were a wonderful place to hangout with morning coffee. On top of that, we could walk everywhere. The home is close to OSF theatres, downtown shopping and restaurants, Lithia Park, and as I mentioned above, groceries. The host was proactive, friendly, and provided very clear check-in instructions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would love to stay here again!

We loved the charm and character of this historic home! Very beautifully updated inside, my mother and daughter and I enjoyed a fun weekend in Ashland. The home was within a nice walking distance of downtown, perfect for shopping, eating out and theater going. We will definitely look to stay here again!
