Wondering cottage

This was perfrct for a weekend getaway! The location is wonderful- we walked to restaurants, shopping, and Lithia Park. The outdoor patio was absolutely perfect- a great place to sit and chat, or enjoy a cup of coffee and a book.

We sat out in the very private patio almost every day. The room is small but perfectly adequate for my sister and me. We walked the one mile to the OSF theaters each day and the area is quite historical with interesting houses. We always cook our own meals and the kitchen had a great full size refrigerator, (very few BnBs have a full size refrigerator) and a two burner cook top and a microwave. Be sure to read Sue's book, The Station Masters Wife. Then go find her house.

Perfect location when attending OSF

Clean,quiet, and cozy. We loved the private yard and all the comforts of home. We walked everywhere except a grocery store and to visit a family member for dinner. I would stay here again when in Ashland.

Comfortable with great location!

My partner and I had such a wonderful stay here. The location is unbeatable in terms of walkability. We could walk to almost all of our desired restaurants and activities! The location is also fairly quiet, with minimal noise from neighbors or downtown. The cottage itself was very comfortable and the perfect size for 2 people staying a few nights. Lots of natural light as well, which I loved. We would definitely stay again.
