Great place. Had everything we could possibly need, and the host was exceedingly gracious, personable, and accommodating. Location was, also, as good as it could possibly be for theater going, dinning out, and excellent coffee shops. We stayed 6 days and didn't use the car once. Won't even look for another place when we return for our annual OSF trip.

Wondering cottage

This was perfrct for a weekend getaway! The location is wonderful- we walked to restaurants, shopping, and Lithia Park. The outdoor patio was absolutely perfect- a great place to sit and chat, or enjoy a cup of coffee and a book.

Silver frog great stay

Everything was lovely- easy to access with the hosts description, clean little studio with great use of space, all the basics were right there. It was clean with a sweet little yard. And the bed was terrific!

Walkable to everything - restaurants, the shows, boutiques, fabulous coffee! The space has everything you would need and the outdoor patio is wonderful for your morning coffee and emails. Sue was a lovely host and I enjoyed our conversation about the history of Ashland - read her book if you can!

Perfect location when attending OSF

Clean,quiet, and cozy. We loved the private yard and all the comforts of home. We walked everywhere except a grocery store and to visit a family member for dinner. I would stay here again when in Ashland.

Comfortable with great location!

My partner and I had such a wonderful stay here. The location is unbeatable in terms of walkability. We could walk to almost all of our desired restaurants and activities! The location is also fairly quiet, with minimal noise from neighbors or downtown. The cottage itself was very comfortable and the perfect size for 2 people staying a few nights. Lots of natural light as well, which I loved. We would definitely stay again.

A Perfect Ashland Retreat

This studio was perfect for my stay in Ashland - within walking distance to the theaters and main downtown area, quiet and clean, with an outdoor area I basically had to myself. Sue is an excellent host, responsive and very friendly - I'll be back!
