This is for two separate, very large homes, 1.5 miles from each other, in the northwest section of Corvallis.
They are named The Crest House, and Bella, respectively.

Perfect for wedding parties who want to separate, or school groups who want to separate by ages or genders.

HOME 1: The Crest House

* King bedroom with en-suite bathroom
* Three queen bedrooms
* Full hallway bathroom plus additional half-bath
* Fully stocked kitchen with gas grill
* Two dining rooms, seating up to 10 total.
* Formal living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and an electric fireplace
* Den-style living room with a bar, fireplace, and futon fold-out, to sleep two more.
* Gym with treadmill, dumbbells, and yoga mats
* Outdoor lounge seating and Propane/Charcoal comboBBQ grill
* Laundry room, freely available
* Game room in the converted garage with air hockey, ping pong, and a mini fridge

Upon booking, you will be asked to sign a renter’s agreement, including uploading ID, and put a refundable damages deposit hold ($2000) on file.
