Villa Helene is situated 1km out of Elounda on a private road and boasts a stunning Cretan garden with paths to explore and seating areas to enjoy the views and tranquility of this wonderful property.
Villa Helene consist of two floors. It is non smoking property.
First Floor:
Modern fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, fan assisted oven and all appliances. Balcony directly from kitchen with dining table and magnificent views of the bay.
Two additional terraces with dining tables for different aspect dining. Amazing Sunrises guaranteed
A double bedroom and balcony with stunning panoramic views with fitted wardrobes, safe, air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.
Second floor:
Large lounge with air-conditioning and open fireplace, large balcony with panoramic views of the sun rising over Koulakitha Island and Mirabello bay. Flat screen TV with HDMI connection, WIFI, Chrome Cast,DVD player, music system and surround sound.
Second double bedroom is also located on the second floor and boasts fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning, safe, panoramic views of the sea & mountains with balcony, full bathroom with walk in shower and full sized bath.
Set in the garden of Villa Helene is the seasonal gated swimming pool and decking area, seating area for alfresco dining with magnificent views of the bay, an outdoor jacuzzi (must be booked in advance to allow for cleaning), and outdoor shower.
All linen and towels provided.
Expect a luxurious experience in this wonderful, private villa, which also represents the traditional Cretan ambience.

What makes this property unique

The unparalleled views of the mountains and the Mirabello and Elounda Bays are amazing, Wake up to the stunning sunrise over the island of Kolokitha from every balcony window, or the pool and gardens taking your breath away with the beauty. The sunset on the south of the Island turning the mountains opposite red for the grand finale of the day. If you like to walk, just next to the house is the way to Lagos Gorge or Mount Oxia both quite easy walks but always take water with you. The flora of the area and scenery is wonderful.
