Thanks Leesa for sharing your holiday home with us. Our two families were comfortably accommodated across the 2 apartments for the duration of our trip. Location was fantastic, with a short stroll to the beach, restaurants and local headland walks. The atmosphere created on the deck with the decor and views was nothing short of spectacular! Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic house

We had the best 4 days at the residence. Cannot speak more highly of the quality of the house. Love the bird feeder and bath, as well as games and the awesome king size bed. Beach at the end of the street, will be coming back again

A Top Spot

Stunning outlook, perfectly located in a lovely spot - and even better it's clearly a real home that the owners use themselves, which means a well-appointed kitchen, a good size BBQ, and comfortable beds/chairs. The outdoor area is especially stunning (especially at sunrise). Probably the best place we have stayed in via home share apps and we definitely want to come back!

We are Mark and Leesa, your hosts. The Beach Havens - Haven Tropicana and Haven Oceana are our creations. We’re designer builders, artists, sculptors, stylists, producers, project managers and jewellers.

The Beach Havens was designed and hand built by Mark including all cast concrete cabinetry, indoor and outdoor tables, swinging day beds, chinese screens etc etc. I manage the interiors

Together now for 30+ years sharing 5 children. We’re also the proud Noni and Poppy to six glorious grandson’s and one precious granddaughter.

Via work and leisure we’ve travelled far and wide and there are some truly amazing places out there in this small planet of ours. But we have not yet found anywhere we love more than this part of north coast NSW. We live nearby in another of our hand built creations.

We love creating with our hands, pottering in our gardens, exploring our exquisite part of coastline and hinterland, and spending time with our family and friends. We like to keep things simple. As Michael Leunig says “love one another, and you will be happy. It’s as simple and difficult as that”.
