This Eagle-Vail golf course condo, located a few minutes from the Town of Avon, Beaver Creek Ski Area and about 10 minutes to Vail, features a cozy fireplace, a private balcony, and access to on-site "The Woods" complex amenities like a sauna, fitness center, and clubhouse—ideal for winding down after a day on the mountains or out exploring the Colorado outdoors.
Inside, the four-bedroom layout offers bright, inviting living spaces designed for comfort and relaxation. Unwind on plush seating, catch your favorite films on the large television, or cozy up by the crackling fire with a good book. The back deck has a nice grassy area and the condo wraps around the Eagle-Vail golf course - perfect location for golfers! The hills are excellent fun for sledding and snowshoeing in the winter. Eagle-Vail does have a public pool and parks available nearby.
The full kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table—perfect for sharing meals and creating memories with loved ones.
Each bedroom provides ample space and comfortable beds to ensure everyone enjoys a restful night after days filled with golfing, skiing, hiking, climbing, horseback riding, or hot springs visits.
Notes:
-There are stairs to enter the condo and there is no elevator access.
-Parking is available for guests with a garage as well exterior parking, 2 cars max.
-Although the unit does not have air conditioning, the cool mountain nights will ensure a pleasant atmosphere for a restful sleep. There are fans available in each room. Recommended to open windows at night and shades down during the day.
-Upon booking, you will receive an invitation to the guest portal along with reservation confirmation. Access instructions will be texted to you the day of arrival.
-The condo does include complimentary guest supplies & amenities for your reservation including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry & dishwasher detergent, soap/shampoos/conditioner, sponge, & trash bags. There is a local grocery store nearby should you wish to purchase any additional items for your stay.
-4x4 or all-wheel-drive vehicle is highly recommended in the Rocky Mountains, especially in the winter months and often required with traction laws during snow storms.
